Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pine Hills

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a lifesaver, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. The gated community is located across from Old Town, which was the perfect way to spend our first evening when we arrived before the parks.

What a relief to walk into Tetyana's place and have it match the pics shown in listing. Check-in was super smooth, even with us arriving after 10pm. We were literally 15 minutes drive away from our family's home. Shopping is a quick 15 minute drive. We did breakfast at First Watch, then a little shopping at TJ Maxx. Walmart in the same area as well. While a hot tub was available in our backyard, we preferred to take a stroll around the lake. Washer & dryer allowed us to return home with no dirty laundry. The complex has a club house complete with movie theater. Poolside, a tiki bar is available. I'm assuming pool is heated, because I saw folks swimming. (Temp outdoors was in 60s.) I'll definitely return as it was a joy to spend time here. There's fun for all ages... basketball court, playground, putt putt golf, etc. Highly recommended! Did I mention they're pet friendly? We will be returning to this gem in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

Simone place it’s beautiful like it’s been described in the listing you can go wrong renting this house Simone it’s amazing hosts she always respond to your message always asking it everything is ok we feel like it was at home . Beautiful states and the resort amenities are beautiful and also friendly staff the restaurant is good . But it you go to the main to the Charley steak house and also the Kobe Japanese steak house and seafood it’s the best food experience you will have it work the money . I can wait to go back we planning to Go back and march and stay at Simone house again I’m highly recommended

Emma and Rene’s place was excellent! We have stayed in many Air BnB’s and this one was a fantastic, family friendly and all around excellent rental. The space was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the play area. We didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect to go to the Hideway Club and easy access to the Celebration area. We had a blast just hanging out at the property and we would highly recommend Emma and Rene’s place for your next stay. Photos were as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will book this rental next time we return to the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great stay in a calm and relaxed environment. Stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home. Obviously with a rental (hotel or home) you always have some things that could be perfected with a little maintenance but on the overall the house was in a great state. Pool heating worked as stated and our kid loved it.

Kenia's place was everything and more. They literally thought of everything you could possibly need. They put a lot of thought into the details of everything.

What a gem! I was in town for a wedding & couldn’t have asked for a more lovely respite from the chaos. This is a sweet little guest house. It has everything you need to feel right at home. The cottage is near the main house yet feels private & like you’re in your own world. It was a little tricky finding it in the dark, but trust Noga’s directions (& she turned on driveway lights to make it easier). You have easy access to stores & restaurants while feeling secluded. Noga was a pleasure to work with from day 1, so incredibly responsive & helpful. I enjoyed meeting her in person. She was so helpful & truly enjoys getting to meet her guests (but is not instructive at all). I will definitely stay here again should I return to the area.

Great location!! Just a few minutes up the main road, there were so many restaurants, an arcade, Target, and a variety of stores. The apartment itself is located in a gated community. There’s plenty of parking and the area is peaceful. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again. I booked it super last minute, the day of, and the host was very accommodating.

My stay at waterside lakefront was beautiful! I couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet it was at night time. Very spacious home with a beautiful view of the lake.

The house was exactly what the pictures looked like. Extremely clean, Sam was easy to communicate with before and through our entire stay. The kids loved the themed bunk rooms and the game room.

Easy and flexible check-in. Very clean space. Convenient washer/dryer. Many restaurants and stores within 10 minute drive. I would recommend staying here!

Catherine’s place is quiet, cozy, clean, comfortable, and well appointed “. It’s everything that every other review has stated about it. You can’t go wrong booking this home - Its location to Disney parks, restaurants, drugstores, and Walmart is optimal (even with traffic) and the property manager, David, is responsive, pleasant, and a clear communicator. I had a couple of clarifying questions and he was very helpful. While we didn’t use the pool, grill, or the patio, the outside area was clean and inviting. We have family in the area (Orland and Tampa) and visit annually. We would definitely stay here again.

We have rented this house before and once again it did not disappoint. Perfect location, close to Disney and lots of restaurants. The owners have made many improvements since we last visited, including new furniture. Will stay again!

Place was as described. It was very clean and to my very high standards. Intially had trouble getting into the unit but the response time was very quick and it was taken care of in no time. Love that they checked in throughout the stay to make sure all was going well. Would recommend getting pool heated if you're going in winter months. It was well worth it. Also if you plan on cooking or making lots of trash, take trash bags because they start you off with 2 but you need to provide your own after that, and all trash has to be bagged. Overall, would definitely book this place again. Felt like home away from home.

This was our second time staying at Trevor and Amanda’s place and it was just as good as the first time. The place is in a great location very close to the Disney parks. The pool area is beautiful especially looking over the lake. Their home is clean, comfortable and has everything that you need. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Had a vacation in Florida. All parks were close distance. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was great for a family of 8. Everything was clean and all the rooms spacious. The private pool is great for about three or four people at a time. The clubhouse has a bigger pool which my family thought it was great! The host was very attentive and kind and even messaged me to make sure we were ok during the storm. I would definitely recommend this place and Would book again in the future!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The location really suits us and we love the house. It’s convenient enough for the resorts but we love being able to get far enough away to relax. The house is always clean, newly decorated and convenient enough for the stores and food outlets close by in Davenport. Matthew and Kate are always quick to respond to questions but because we never had any issues or problems while staying there, we’ve never had to contact them for help during the stay. Great house. Simple check in/ check out. Would definitely recommend.

Karen's house was a fantastic stay for my vacation. When i arrived it took me a few moments to work the keylock, and the property management company helped out unprompted via the ring camera. From that moment on i knew i was in good hands. The house was clean and just as described. Publix is an easy 5 minute walk from the home, and Disney parks are within 10 miles. Overall I would definitely book here again.
