I'm a travel nurse that worked in Pikeville for 11 months. I continued to book different units at this same location the entire time I was in town. It's in a great area, safe location, and is very reasonably priced. This is the perfect place to rent for travel healthcare workers and college students. I stayed in this specific unit 2 different times, this last time for almost 5 months and I never had any issues. The listing is described accurately - It's a church that was re-purposed into apartments. This specific room is in an apartment unit shared with 3 other rooms. You will have a personal bathroom, washer, and dryer. The kitchen is a shared room. Nancy has been a wonderful host. She is quick to respond to messages and was always easy to contact if needed. I would rent here again the next time I am in town.
