We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

The apartment was big, we liked it

For our girls hiking holiday, with a dog, the area in the great nature was just the right thing. Also in Peter's garden, we could enjoy the evenings wonderfully. Thanks to Peter, for the beautiful days in the Allgäu. We felt completely comfortable!!!!

Our stay in Oberstdorf with Martina was very nice - the apartment is very clean, comfortably furnished and Martina as a host is very warm and always trying to make everything so that the guests are well! We felt more than comfortable and will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Great place to stay outside of Munich and yet close to beautiful landscapes

I stayed with Waltraud and Michael for a week for the second time to take a vacation. You can only feel comfortable here... nature offers countless possibilities for active vacations and recreation. Waltraud and Michael are very warm hosts and you get great excursion tips if you wish. The single room is perfectly sufficient for one person, very clean and you have everything you need. I will definitely be back :-)

A really great apartment with fantastic views , in addition, the apartment is tastefully furnished - everything you needed...and a super comfortable couch - surroundings unbeatable - several hiking trails start at the door and with the zoom lens you have a good view of the castles - there were four of us there ...only the wasps and mosquitoes were caustic for - neither the host nor anyone else can 😊

Nothing to complain. The house is exactly as pictures, very cleaned and comfortable. Sabine she is very friendly. I advise just to add some few electrical sockets for easier charge the phones. Recommend.

Our stay at the apartment was very good, there are no fundamental negative points, everything was great. It should only be mentioned that construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property, which restricts the view from the balcony, as you are looking at a container wall. However, there are no problems with the volume. The apartment is generally recommended.

The house was a great stay for my family of six. It was clean and as described in the instructions and photos were accurate. We went at the start of June, temperature was nice and cooling. Sina also gave clear instructions about making payment for the separate costs. My family enjoyed the kitchen and the dining area the most. We had lots of fun preparing meals and eating together. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The apartment is new, tasteful and thoughtfully furnished. There were two of us in the apartment and had plenty of space for us. The balcony overlooking the mountains is magnificent. We really appreciated the quiet location near the forest. Nevertheless, you can easily reach the town center by bus. But it's also within walking distance. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Katharina is an extremely friendly and accommodating hostess. She always responded quickly and helpfully to our requests, the communication was pleasant and straightforward. In the apartment, we felt completely comfortable – we'd love to come back!

It was the perfect retreat — peaceful, spotless, and so comfortable — with easy access to town and the breathtaking natural beauty of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Beyond the beautiful space, Christoph and Stephanie are truly kind and generous hosts. I felt a genuine personal connection with them, and their warmth and hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Lukas was a great host from the start. He had always given us an open ear for us and many tips for excursions and restaurants. If we needed anything, we were able to reach out to him and he tried to help us as soon as possible. The apartment is very nicely decorated and wonderfully quiet. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We would love to come back.

The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. The area and the view are beautiful! Unfortunately, you always need a car to go shopping or dining. There's nothing nearby. From the upper apartment you can hear normal noise emissions, which did not disturb us at all.

We have been able to use the accommodation for winter sports with 4 adults and 3 children. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail and the house is furnished with quality furniture. Every room has rolling shutters that make it well dark for while sleeping. Everything you need for a stay is present. You can park with two cars on your own grounds. The apartment is 10 minutes from Fugen and 30 minutes from Hoghfugen , Mayerhoven. Ideal for a ski vacation. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurant are very close. I will definitely come back. We had a great time and thank you again for the stay. definitely worth 5 stars.

Highly recommended! Spic and span, tidy, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nearby are restaurants, shopping and by car you can quickly reach great destinations. For our one-year-old daughter, a bed and high chair were provided and also for our dog, baskets and bowls were provided. Very, very fast communication, easily accessible. We will be happy to come back, thanks Jenny!

We have never experienced such a well-equipped apartment as this one. It really had everything you could ever need, especially in the kitchen. The apartment is very nice and cozy and really has a great view of the mountains. Communication with Andreas was also always very nice with pleasantly short response times. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very nice and well located apartment in Garmisch Patenkirchen. It is well-equipped and has everything you could need for a cozy weekend. Andrea is a very nice host and you can tell that she cares for her apartment with a lot of love.

A wonderful stay! Claudia is a super sweet hostess, always available and very helpful. The place was very clean, well equipped and the location is perfect – there are many ways to explore the surroundings. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it.
