Being out of the country, Franz helped in organising things to do and places to go even down to finding somewhere for Christmas dinner..The array of foods in the downstairs kitchen was always an easy option for us all and utilised the coffee’s and Croissant's a great deal. The beds were great, and rooms were nice and warm. We had a party of 12 and it worked great. Only a few minutes to town, Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thanks again Franz.

We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

everything was perfect and well organized..the landlord was really helpful and organised the basic necessities...we had a great time there...Being too far from the city could be a drawback .

For our girls hiking holiday, with a dog, the area in the great nature was just the right thing. Also in Peter's garden, we could enjoy the evenings wonderfully. Thanks to Peter, for the beautiful days in the Allgäu. We felt completely comfortable!!!!

Great place to stay outside of Munich and yet close to beautiful landscapes

I stayed with Waltraud and Michael for the second time for a week to take a vacation. You can only feel comfortable here... nature offers countless possibilities for active vacation and relaxation. Waltraud and Michael are very warm hosts and you get great excursion tips if you wish. The single room is perfectly sufficient for one person, very clean and you have everything you need. I will definitely be back again :-)

A really great apartment with fantastic views , in addition, the apartment is tastefully furnished - everything you needed...and a super comfortable couch - surroundings unbeatable - several hiking trails start at the door and with the zoom lens you have a good view of the castles - there were four of us there ...only the wasps and mosquitoes were caustic for - neither the host nor anyone else can 😊

Great and uncomplicated communication with Christine. Also the apartment was in great and modern condition, we felt very comfortable! Super central and right on the water. We will be happy to come back!

The house was a great stay for my family of six. It was clean and as described in the instructions and photos were accurate. We went at the start of June, temperature was nice and cooling. Sina also gave clear instructions about making payment for the separate costs. My family enjoyed the kitchen and the dining area the most. We had lots of fun preparing meals and eating together. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This place is great! Clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Lake Starnberg. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo that takes you to the train station. There are grocery stores across the street which is about a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants and shopping around the lake.

We had a wonderful time, absolutely friendly and warm hosts. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom modern. Everything was very clean and in good condition. You immediately feel at home, especially the homemade dishes and the beautiful wooden furniture carved by Christoph we liked. Also, we were lucky to find fresh flowers on the table:) We were there by public transport and were able to walk to everything. We will be happy to come back!

Lukas was a great host from the start. He had always given us an open ear for us and many tips for excursions and restaurants. If we needed anything, we were able to reach out to him and he tried to help us as soon as possible. The apartment is very nicely decorated and wonderfully quiet. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We would love to come back.

I rarely had a place where everything was so perfectly furnished, whether it's a bathroom, kitchen or bedroom. And a dream: the wood-burning stove in the living room, also here everything perfectly prepared for use. On the occasion: Feedback from the host, no matter what requests it was, always within the shortest possible time. That's why: my absolute recommendation for this place - and happy to come back ! Excellent location. Central yet quiet, the apartment is to the back of the garden. The train station is a few minutes' walk away by direct S-Bahn train to Munich. The lake with bathing access is a stone's throw from the apartment and is now accessible with the Standup Board under your arm. You can set bikes in the shed.

We had a pleasant stay. Apartment where you want to settle in with relative calm, the noise of the small creek next door feels good. Karin is very kind and attentive to us. On the other hand, the seasons like spring and fall and summer must be super pleasant with the terrace overlooking the mountain and a good sunbed it must be beautiful. I'll be back soon enough.

Lukas was very attentive and always helping, the place is very easy to teach by car, although took us some time to park our big SUV on the spot. Bedrooms are great, sofa bed is ok to sleep on for one or two nights. Overall very recommend, the location is super convenient to go to Munich, Innsbruck (if you want to ski go further) and ebisee

Even with the smallest interior design details, you've put a lot of effort into it. In addition, everything was very clean Thank you for the accommodation. If we come back to the region, we'd love to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Incredibly beautiful apartment and even better surroundings. The kids' play area was perfect for our young kids. The walking trails and ski areas were perfectly accessible, and the dog friendly welcome and the beautiful spa area put it over the top. We can't wait to return.

A very nice and ideal place to spend days in the area. The house has everything we need to live and Katharina is a great host who has quickly facilitated everything we have needed. The village is a very nice place next to Lake Ammersee, to spend some fantastic days. Fantastic stay!!

Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Andrea’s place was amazing and she was very friendly and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood, very close to skiing and fantastic restaurants. Easily accommodates two adults. We would stay here again to visit the area. It is an attic space, though. Be careful if you are tall!
