Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pfaffenwinkel

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Super friendly personal welcome . Located just outside of Munich, but you are in the city in a good 30 minutes. The location is in a very quiet street. Especially recommended for longer stays, the large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are super nicely decorated, you can tell that someone has invested a lot of time here. Private open parking space and a separate sauna in the garden. Compared to the price level, actually almost too cheap in the area. We will be happy to come back.

Easy access to S-Bahn stop, but not much within walking distance. Place is comfortable.

We have been to many apartments, but we have not had such a wonderful apartment yet. From the first moment, we felt comfortable. The welcome (key handover) by Lisa was so warm. Thank you for the little amenities to welcome you. The apartment is well worth more than 5 stars. Super well equipped. Plenty of towels. (Even spices were there.) Kitchen well equipped. We lacked nothing. My daughter and I also tested the hot tub in the bathroom. 👍🏼 The roof terrace was very appealing to us. There are a total of 3 balconies. Our 12 year old daughter loved her room. It had a TV in the room and also a balcony. We were even invited to the pizza night. Thank you again. 😊 Henry has a pizza oven in the garden and competes with the Italian with his pizza. We have made many excursions. (Munich, Obersdorf, Forggensee....) Lisa and Henry are great hosts. We will be back. 😃

Upon arrival, we were met by the host Christoph, who gave us a tour of the house and explained all the details and instructions. He was very responsive and pleasant. Melt the outdoor bathtub for us and even helped to keep the fire there while we went for dinner. We also had a huge plate with different delicacies and farm eggs in the kitchen. It felt like we were visiting a close relative. During the next days, Christophe and his family treated us to different desserts, which was very unexpected and pleasant. The house itself consists of 4 floors and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The house has 3 toilets and 2 showers, there is a sauna, an excellent kitchen, several TVs, a beautiful outdoor area with many different entertainment for adults and children. Basketball hoop, badminton, car for kids, various board games and Deer farm near Christoph's home. There is a gas grill and a wood grill. Christophe lives in the house next door and is always available to help.
