Quiet stay in the middle of Toscana. Perfect for staging point to visit other towns and have a restful night and breakfast in the morning. The family was very accommodating for a late checkout. Beds were a bit firm, but I slept like a baby with windows open in mid October.

This place is set away in the hills in a little town called San Casciano. You’re kilometres away from the nearest sign of life, so everything is so serene and peaceful. The place itself is a classic old Tuscany villa. Exactly what we were after. It’s an old house but everything works to make the stay comfortable. Angela who supported with check-in and check-out was extremely helpful. Loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

very beautiful house, exceeded our expectations. ideal place for families with children, kids loved the animals and enjoyed running in the court and swim in the pool.

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

We had a lovely holiday vacation with the family. To the positive reviews I subscribe (spaciousness of the house, kindness of the owners , beauty of the landscape) I add that the house was well heated and also great for winter holidays.

We had a wonderful time at Lucas's cottage. Two weeks in the typical Tuscan idyll with more or less private pool helped us recharge the batteries. In addition to the extensive pool days, the sightseeing was also not neglected. There are many unique attractions in the area. However, the car is indispensable. Most locations take about 1 hour. Luca was a great host and a really pleasant guy who did everything we could to make sure we had a good time on our vacation. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us a variety of recommendations for fantastic day trips. What we would like to mention is the cleanliness. The house was really well maintained. Even the knives were reasonably sharp 🙌 😅 We felt very comfortable with Luca and can highly recommend staying with him. Kind regards Sevi, Leon & Flo

great accommodation for location and comfort. Each apartment has everything you need and has a reserved outdoor space. A pleasant pool, everything is very well cared for. I will be back with pleasure!

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

Really beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. All communication went smoothly. Very clear instructions and descriptions sf amenities. The host will be in touch with you a few dsge before arrival and check in was super easy.

simply extraordinary family vacation...every little attention especially to our son. all very clean and super equipped with everything ...even basic necessities for the first days. Donatella and Bruno spoiled us and delighted us with excellent wines and translation dishes among sweets,small sauce and chopped meat and the ribollita something really tasty.... we felt at home and honestly left reluctantly.... thank you for your wonderful 7 days.

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.

We were very happy with the place. A very nice apartment furnished with style. Great quiet environment with great helpful people.

We had a fantastic week in this house. Fantastic surroundings, nice garden, lovely poolarea and pleasant outdoor dining spaces. The houses on the premises had all the conveniences we expected. Very informative and nice communication with the host Alessandra before our trip and a nice and easy welcoming/check out with staff. We absolutely recommend this house for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.

Lovely little house near Grosseto area! Newly renovated, the pictures don't make it look as pretty as it is in person! It has everything you need, private parking is such a plus. All was amazing, they only thing was we booked right during a festival in the town so music was loud(last weekend of August) but other than that amazing stay!

It was one of the most peaceful stays we ever had. In the morning coffee,while swimming,while sunbathing and reading,always the beautiful view. Surrounded by many very friendly cats,just to breathe. The employees were very nice and accommodating. We found the garbage separation , the coffee time filter. It was also nice that there was no TV and no clock. We really didn't want to get away for sightseeing, etc. The welcome flower bouquet was so beautiful and the wine super delicious. We will definitely come back. A big thank you!!! Of course, you have to say that we were the only guests in the days,but I think with 2 terraces you have enough space for retreat.

We had a pleasant week-long stay at the comfortable Villa. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the patio for outdoor breakfasts and dinners. The house is equipped with all the comforts of air conditioners and mosquito nets very useful to counteract heat and insects. Quiet but great location to reach the beach shores of the beautiful beach of the Costa. Equally strategic location to visit neighboring towns. We had a great time and Clorinda is a reliable and very kind host.

the photos do not do justice to this corner of paradise, we had a great time and everything was impeccable. We would have been happy for a week! The place is very isolated, which is a huge pro, but you have to always count on moving in cars in country streets. Carmine was responsive, flexible and very kind, we will definitely be back!

Mrs. Lorella was the best you could expect from a host. She greeted us with kindness, making us find the house already heated and allowing us to keep our bikes in the house. The house, equipped with all comforts, has a small entrance garden and is located on the road about 1.5 km from Castel del Piano. Clean environment, linens provided, comfortable beds. Lorella also made herself available to accompany us for dinner in the village and to return to pick us up. A huge thank you to Lorella and her son, we had a great time!
