Beach house vacation rentals in Rome

Giulia and her mother were warm, welcoming and flexible. This home is very comfortable and very well located for the water and restaurants. Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Luigi’s place after 10 days of moving all around Italy. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and within walking distance to the beach. Luigi was so friendly and helpful and assisted with arranging taxi transport to the airport for our party. The house was modern and charming and had many features appreciated by us including adapters for our electronic devices. We had a great lunch by the beach and ordered pizza for delivery.

Location is great for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. I personally stayed here to be closer to the airport for an early flight. This saved me a lot of money and also allowed me to have a relaxing stay. The place is as seen in photos. Spacious and makes you feel at home. Would recommend.

Spent last 2 nights of a 2 week trip here. Hosts very responsive and were great. Left little snacks and plenty of coffee. Nice little touches. Arranged pickup and drop off at FCO. Great sunlight in appt and nice balcony. Very relaxing way to spend last 1.5 days in Italy. I’d stay here again.

David’s place was excellent. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The garden was beautiful and very safe for children to play in. Everything was provided and it was great having two bathrooms. There are loads of great bars and restaurants nearby and you can walk to the beach which has a lovely beach bar. We were staying in Fiumicino as we have family who live there and we were really impressed at how lovely it was. David was a great host. He welcomed us and showed us around but did not impose. Thanks for great stay David!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Giuseppe was very quick to respond, gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and was overall great at keeping in touch. Our flight got rescheduled for early in the morning and the host arranged a lift for us to the airport that was more affordable that normal airport taxis. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, location far away from bus whereabouts, we felt right at home

Raffaele's apartment is very well equipped, clean and neat. Raffaele is a very good host, the communication for check-in and check-out was proactive and clear. The location is outside the center of Ostia, where it is a bit quieter. It is within walking distance of the beach and the local sailing club. We had a very good stay and would definitely go back to this accommodation.
