Absolutely wonderful location and clean private stay! Jeff is thoughtful of my jetlag, laundry needs, and shopping. He’s very quick to respond. Such a wonderful place with beach access directly across the street. I could enjoy the beach morning, afternoon and night. I loved the sauna when I got cold at the beach in the early mornings (my stay was nearly in winter). I hope I get to stay again!

Jessica was a great host with clear photographic instructions on how to get the keys and get into the garage. She was also very proactive in responding to some of our queries and we all thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this location which was within walking distance to all the attractions in Freo. Will definitely recommend!

Imogen's place is super clean and tidy, in a great location with a lovely balcony view of the beach. Her instructions are clear and helpful and she's very responsive. The beds are comfy with nice sheets and all the extra amenities she provides (like shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash, beach towels, a coffee machine with pods, plus cooking oil and herbs and spices) makes a stay so much easier. We'd love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much in Dianne’s place. Great place to stay in a great location with private car park. We can just walked to the jetty in the morning for our ferry to Rottnest Island. Tasteful deco with nice kitchen. The only set back is no lift to the unit and the rooms are on 2nd storey of the unit which is not convenient to tourist with big luggages, children and old folks.

This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

This is my first time visiting Perth and booking an AirBNB- I am so glad it was ms Marcella’s! The house is perfect for my parents and I. It’s in a safe, lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful nature around and shops nearby! This includes a grocery store, hair salon, spa, and a children’s bookstore! There is a bus stop to the city nearby as well. You can also walk to the city area (would take perhaps around 20+ mins?). Neighbours are really friendly and welcoming too! The home is complete with everything listed by ms Marcella- and it is perfect! Feels very homely 🥰 the beds are clean and comfortable! One of the rooms has a selection of books which I personally thought was a nice touch 💕 The instructions given were clear. Everything was explained in detail. It was very helpful indeed~! Ms Marcella herself is a wonderful host. Very communicative and responsive- and very kind too! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Perth 💕 😊

Super happy with Linda’s place. Brilliant location in Freo, clean, tidy and very spacious with a couple of outdoor seating options. Responsive and friendly communication. We have already recommended to a few of our friends. Just be mindful the car space supplied is a bit tight. But it is secure, undercover and comes included in the cost!

This was our second stay at this pristine clean, fully resourced, perfectly located, practical layout and most awesome view apartment. Upon stepping through the front door you are immediately transported to feeling like you are on holiday. We will definitely be back again. Many thanks to Gaynor and Ray for their warm and welcoming hospitality.

Jennifer was very friendly, lots of cooking appliances to choice from if need be. I stayed here with my family and 2 children would definitely recommend.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Supportive, generous couple who understood our needs and the sudden addition of a three year old. They responded kindly to our visitors who knocked on their door instead of ours. Their son is a fine young man who gave of his time when accosted by a three year old who wanted to play. With two bedrooms this fully equipped residence is highly recommended.

Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.

The property information provided described the property precisely, amenities and locale. First impressions on arrival were excellent and continued through the duration of our short stay. Sequential release of additional information to access the property in the lead up to check-in was clear, concise and timely. Overall cleanliness was excellent and could not be faulted. The property is located in a private, quiet area and central to amenities by walking or just a short drive. The secure enclosed parking under the property with lift access is excellent. The hosts were easily accessible and provided a timely response and additional information as required. This all brings the total experience together into a pleasant and memorable stay. We felt right at home from the start of our stay. Such friendly people. Rachel's place is so well situated. Both close to public transport and easy to drive around too. Rachel kindly put some foods in the fridge for us which we really appreciated. The flat was cosy and sunny depending on what you want. We loved it. What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . This unit was absolutely stunning and the view was just gorgeous aswell. We had a lovely stay at Mandurah. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in as the unit was not only decorated to perfection, but all the comforts that we are used to at home, were all thought of also. The location was in a perfect spot, close to many restaurants and just a walk up the path to some dolphin spotting. Thankyou for having us, we didn't want to leave!

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment with my family. It had everything we needed and more. Really great having an indoor pool as the outdoor pool was too cold for the kids. Amazing location and set up. We will be back again

Paul was an awesome host who communicated well - responsive and courteous. Paul's place was neat and clean. It was adequate for our group of 4 people. Check-in and -out were a breeze. Both bedrooms are on the third level. May not be suitable to those who can't navigate stairs.
