Place was well catered. All the necessities were there and Liz had fresh bread, eggs milk and coffee for us. Location was perfect.

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

This was our second stay in this lovely top floor apartment and it was as good this time as on our first visit two years ago - comfortable, very quiet, spacious and well-equipped. Lyda was as responsive and helpful as before, and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment a stones throw from the beach, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, Marcella was a wonderful host who responded very quickly to any issues we had, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Our Hosts went above and BEYOND our expectations, there was a bottle of fine bubbly chilling on ice awaiting our arrival. The huge spa/hot tub was simmering and ready to greet and relax in after our journey, - there was even loads of ICE in the freezer for our drinks - toothbrushes in the bathroom! and - the apartment was well laid out, with everything you could need to enjoy a few days away from the usual hustle and bustle of a busy life! We really enjoyed our stay - 10 out of 10 from Us!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this site

From initial booking through checkout Louisa was incredibly responsive and friendly. Her apartment was one of the best appointed we have ever stayed in - there was everything we needed. Some lovely initial provisions were provided by Louisa. The apartment was even nicer than the photos. Extremely comfortable for the 4 adults who stayed there, and could easily accommodate 6 adults. Beds were comfortable and linen was fresh. The automatic boiling and cold water tap in the kitchen was a blessing. Lovely views from balconies, which afforded beautiful sunsets. An easy stroll to the beautiful Cottesloe beaches and several great restaurants. Very convenient, secure parking. Would highly recommend Louisa’s place and without doubt would consider returning.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Cosy Nook was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean. I was able to make my own meals using the kitchen. The TV has Netflix and there is a comfy lounge. The bathroom was very clean and there is use of a washing machine and clothes airer or dryer (which I didn’t use) The bus to the train station and shops was right across the road and free. It was also easy to walk to a local coffee shop and a little further to many shops, The Art Gallery, Museum and the train. I would be happy to stay there again. Good communication, easy access to get in by being met with the key was great. I didn’t use a car while there but there was parking. I enjoyed Perth and would visit more.

Awesome place in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Coles is just nearby, very walkable distance. House was perfect, spacious, free of clutter, looked totally like the photos and description! Plenty of pillows and cushions, has a threater room for TV nights! Bed was really comfortable! Kids had so much fun into the bath tub every night! Ample cutleries and kitchen utensils were provided. Washer & dryer working well! Loved the outdoor bbq area and the nearby Eden Beach is beautiful! Wished we had stayed there longer! Highly recommend, Joyce was very helpful!

This Airbnb was perfect for us… our family lives around the corner. It was well equipped & Jason had thoughtfully left us some fruit, teabags, coffee pods & milk. The bedrooms were large & beds comfy. Some shops & small mall was walkable distance. The house had great space & Netflix on the large tv. There were gaming consoles too. They had a washing machine & dryer. There was a bbq but we didn’t use. Nice garden furniture too. Bathrooms were lovely & nice hot water. We’d definitely recommend staying here. You’d need a car (if you don’t have local family to drive you) as not sure what public transport is like.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Iluka. The space was clean, tidy, and really well designed – everything felt thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. It had a great vibe and made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place in the area.

Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

Our stay was great. The place was neat, tidy and a good space. Location was great with local coffee and bakery store close by. Train station across the road. The amenities of the house were great making it feel homely if wanting to cook and not always eat out. All the hosts were nice and friendly and very responsive. Would recommend this place and also stay again.

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.
