My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights, we were very happy with the look and feel. It was clean, fresh, cozy, modern and fully furnished. Vivien our host was very fast and easy to communicate with via messages. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. The secure free parking was perfect for us, and was a contributing factor in selecting this property. We were welcomed with mini champagne bottles and snacks, The Green Nest is budget friendly and we would definitely stay here again, Thankyou Vivien!

This place was everything we could have asked for during a long stay. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry made simple cooking a breeze, and the swimming pool and other facilities were spotlessly clean. The host had the apartment impeccably cleaned before our arrival, and with the CAT bus stop right across the street plus easy access to nearby shops, getting around Perth was effortless. I have absolutely no complaints—I’d love to stay here again on our next visit!

Clean and comfortable place. Hosts were very friendly and replied to all queries promptly. Only thing to note that the bedrooms are very small. If you’re travelling with luggage it’s impossible to get the suitcase in the bedrooms. Our place was on the first floor with a lovely balcony. Most of the apartment block seems to be Airbnb with many key lockboxes around. The area is great! Amazing walks near the river.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

Lovely place, convenient location. Had everything we needed for the 2 weeks my daughter and I stayed. En-suite shower was beautiful and the kitchen well appointed. Would definitely stay again :)

The fridge & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and there were more than enough necessities to keep us comfortable throughout our entire stay. We came over from Scotland to visit family and stayed in Zie's house. It was spotless, really well equipped, plenty of extra towels, bedding if needed. The train station is in a 15min walk from the house taking you straight into Perth city. We found it to be in the perfect location for us. I would highly recommend it for families/ groups .

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mark was a great host. As an extended family, we don't get to catch up much but this house provided some quality time together. The memories made here will last forever. Thank you for enabling this Mark.

We had a perfect stay. The property was just what we needed with enough space for a large group. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained and we loved spotting the dolphins on our paddle boards every morning. The house was very well equipped with everyone that we needed and more!
