Monthly Rentals in Perrymead

An excellent place to stay. Suited our requirements perfectly as overflow for a family Christmas nearby. Without Sues excellent instructions to find Robins Nest we might have struggled, but with her directions we had no problem . Spotlessly clean and warm.

We had a lovely stay, the space was cozy and very comfortable, the underfloor heating was a treat. The location was great to walk down into Bath. Sally was very responsive with messages and really friendly on our arrival. We would love to stay again!

Sally's place was a great find and allowed me to explore Bath easily. It's up quite a steep hill, and therefore driving my car to the bottom to park seemed a good strategy to avoid excess walking! Currently those parking spaces give you 4 hours, and after 6pm parking is free. The place itself is well proportioned and had all the amenities I needed. It's very quiet at night, so I was able to get some restful sleep. Sally was very friendly, kind and helpful. Also very quick to respond to my messages. As long as you're ok with the location (up a hill!) then I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking to visit Bath.

Absolutely stunning apartment, the photos really do not do it justice. Nick was very helpful both in the lead up to our stay and while we was there. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was immense!! Apartment has been done to a very high standard. Would definately return and recommend to others.
