The apartment was fabulous and extremely clean. It is even larger than it appears in photos. Queen-size bed was very comfortable . Great to have a washer in the basement withe drying racks. Front patio/terrace is screened from the street. The back elevated balcony overlooks the backyard with fields, hills, and towns visible. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, honey, sugars, oatmeal and more. Only possible complaint is you must travel to nearby towns for supplies and restaurants.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The flat was everything I could have hoped for and more. It was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and modern design that made every room feel inviting and stylish. The space was thoughtfully decorated and had all the comforts of home, which made settling in so easy. I truly felt at home from the moment I arrived. The hosts was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, cozy, and welcoming place with an exceptional hosts, look no further. I can’t recommend this flat highly enough!

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

The loft is super clean and cozy. Great place to visit Bayerischer Wald and the city Passau!! Communication with Host was very good and informative.
