Monthly Rentals in Pereiro

We spent the month in the beautiful house of Rio! A quiet, quiet place to rest and also where you can take several walks, baths on the river Guadiana, eat good Alentejo food and among a thousand things... There are not many inhabitants and those you find will be very friendly. It is certainly a great place to be or as a couple or with family and children! Henrique was very helpful and helped us whenever we had any problems, great communication. Your parents made our check-in and were some loved ones. A lot of good energy! The house is very well-equipped, the internet works for basic things (video call work went well) and maybe with a little rain the signal gets a little weak. I strongly advise those who like to be close to nature and live with it.

Stayed for 5 weeks in Nov/Dec loved the apartment so well equipped & comfortable, towels folded on bed , slippers,chocolates all on arrival plus fruit bowl,beer & wines in fridge.Made good use of the bbq facilities on the terrace. Manta Rota very quiet around this time of year which we knew as visited before when staying in nearby Cabanas but still have a few bars & cafes decent supermarket & a good butchers. Easy access for a boardwalk to Altura or walk opposite direction along the beach to beautiful Cacella Vella. Lucy was always available via messaging & Ricardo was on hand in village if needed. All in all great place to stay would not hesitate to return in the future.

Finally made it to Richard’s place in beautiful Isla Canela. It had been on my list for quite a long time. Definitely worth it. Large living room with enormous TV screen for Spanish TV and Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Big terrace with very nice view. Richard and Mioara were helpful and pro-active. I was there kinda off-season but mostly the weather was nice. The pool was only open for 1 more day. Richard informed me about this. Went almost every day for a swim and some sunbathing at the nearby beach. Very big and private :) And you can see Portugal from there. It’s a magical place. A bit quiet off-season but nice if you have to recharge, rethink and meditate as I wanted too. And I also worked from there with good wifi. If you like a bit of action I recommend you visit the city of Ayamonte. Took the bike or taxi to there and made some nice local friends :) Be aware that Uber is not (yet) active there. Recommend Taxi Lucia or Taxi Silvia Will definitely return :)

Apartment with a very good value for the price. Very convenient private garage. Careful community. Excellent views.
