Monthly Rentals in Peralta Canyon

Pat's Place was charming and comfortable. We enjoyed the locally focused books, decorations, and style of the place, both inside and out. The wildlife and views of the moon rising over the mountains every evening was an excellent bonus. Robert was a lovely and caring host - he even left us a card and dropped in when we asked him to. The location was great for us - away from the city, close to necessities, and easy access to the mountains. We had a very relaxing stay and would stay there again.

Great host- so nice, helpful and flexible. We had assumed (because it’s pet-friendly) that there might either be a fenced yard or some open space for the dogs but there is not. Again- that was our assumption. The comfort of the unit more than made up for that and we just took the dogs for walks on the very quiet street and enjoyed the views. We wish we could’ve had more time there. We recommend Meg’s place and would stay again.

My family stayed at Frances home for 6 days for the holidays. They felt comfortable & enjoyed how spacious the house was. The house was well stocked with all their needs. France’s was very responsive & answered any questions I had promptly. Frances home felt like home away from home I would definitely recommend.

After being given the run around by the local hotels because of my Aussie credit card I had to find an air bnb at the last minute. Best decision I made…and thanks to those hotels! Communication was great so had no issues finding or checking in. Place was great, quiet and had access to a gym. Bed was comfy and the place felt like home. I’d definitely stay again!
