this place was great . everything looked exactly like the pictures if not better . myself and my guests had fun . not being from arizona this home created a great atmosphere with cactus plants and a great view of the mountains .

We loved this rental and only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Diana is a very gracious host. Location is perfect, all the amenities make this so worth it. Oh and the tortoises are great! We’ll definitely come back.

We had a nice comfortable stay. Plenty of amenities; pool, spa, BBQ, pacman arcade game, and skeetball game. Nice big fenced in backyard.

I stayed here with my parents, wife and 7-month-old over Thanksgiving since we had family nearby. We had a very pleasant stay. The listing was super clean and looks just like the pictures. We felt like it was a good value for the money. It has a ton of space, as others have said, which is really nice. Check in was easy, checkout instructions were reasonable, and overall we're glad we stayed there. It was quiet. I would say that a few of the amenities felt sort of basic - definitely acceptable, but not quite luxurious. All in all, I'd recommend it.

Ettys place was fantastic. Lots of good beds, 3 bathrooms and a fantastic pool very well heated. Dani was our contact and was fast and super quick to respond. Went over and above for us and very enjoyable to talk to. House was more than expected and everything worked as was there plus more. Location and access was really great. Would highly recommend Ettys place and we will be using it again.

We appreciated all the dishes, cookware etc. in the kitchen. We had everything we needed during the week. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Traci was responsive and accommodating. Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Arizona at this wonderful home. Clean, quiet and very central to so many great restaurants, shopping and groceries. We had plenty of space. Large comfortable bedrooms fully stocked with plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home and ordering in. Common spaces were great, but the outdoor area is where it’s at! Lovely firepit with plenty of seating. Great size heated pool for relaxing or playing with our boys. We highly recommend this home for a stay in the greater Phoenix area!
