Monthly Rentals in Penn Hills

Joanne's place was lovely for a one night stay. The place was easy to access and find. Great location with street parking, it was very peaceful and quiet inside. A few things to note, there was mold/mildew in the shower and on the shower curtain, we wish there had been sugar for coffee/tea. Check-out instructions were not made available but we did see lots of notes posted throughout the home with check-out instructions. It would have been easier if these were all in one place in the app.

I was in town for a hip surgery and needed a place that was one story accessible, this place did the job. It’s beautifully done and the fireplaces and bathroom are wonderful. A well done space.

We stayed here for a little over a month while working remotely. Internet was reliable. The house was clean and as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. Safe neighborhood (though technically in Wilkins Township, not Monroeville). Easy access to everything on Route 22 in Monroeville, and quick drive into Pittsburgh proper.

We visited from Ohio during beer week and to see some Mac Miller spots. Very clean and quiet place. Had everything we needed. Just outside of the city and only 10-20 minutes to get everywhere we went in Pittsburg!
