Monthly Rentals in Penfield

Stayed for three months, and I really felt at home. Quiet neighborhood (although sometimes you can hear the train or a fire truck in the distance) with many interesting locations nearby. The room and kitchen (separate spaces, but not far apart) were great. Very well furnished and equipped. The bathroom is big enough for one at a time, and also well equipped. Speedy internet with perfect WiFi coverage. There are indeed 36 steps, but it's ok unless you have mobility restrictions. Margot and Michael were great hosts, responding quickly to my questions. It was an excellent experience overall, and I highly recommend it.

A perfect setting to feel right at home. Fine touches with a well-appointed kitchen and cleanliness throughout the apartment.

The location was perfect and the space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Hosts were very responsive and made check-in seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Penfield.

Our stay was incredible! Birgith and Kalika were fantastic hosts, putting a great amount of thought and care into the preparation, cleaning, and communication. Very friendly and kind! The space is bright and beautiful, in a very peaceful and walkable neighborhood. The home is well kept, inviting, and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!
