You have to experience it to believe it. The wow factor of walking into your home and seeing The Lake was so special. The drive through the onion and soy farm was such a cool experience. We knew we were somewhere special. Unique. We feel like we won an Airbnb and VRBO contest for the best and most beautiful find. It is private, more than you could ask for... deer, bald eagles, and all the other birds. The boats - not that many, but plenty to stare at. The sunsets. All 13 we saw. Every one of them was special. The house has everything you would need. A very thoughtfully laid kitchen and the baths were new and clean. They were loaded with beautiful towels and shower soaps. We had three stormy days while we were there, and we had such a memorable time. During the rest of the stay, we had the sun with us every day and beautiful September weather in the 70s. Fred’s place was absolutely stunning - both inside and outside. Fred was very responsive to our questions. The place itself is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. We would love to visit again!!

This house was exactly what we needed! We had a group of 6 for the weekend that was booked within only a couple of weeks of arriving. From booking to checking out, Alida was very responsive to any and all of our questions! This house allowed everyone some space when necessary and none of us felt like we were crowding one another. I would absolutely book with Alida again when I'm in the Rochester area!

We stayed as a family of 5 in April while attending a nearby swim meet. The house had everything we needed to come back to and relax. Anything you could think of was available in the kitchen which made prepping our meals super easy. Our kids loved walking and playing on the beach in the unseasonably warm early April. Waking up to see the water right out the front window was such a treat. Added bonus of being able to walk across the street for frozen custard was a definite plus.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Jan's Lake Ontario Style House! This beautiful, quintessential home embodies the perfect vacation feel and boasts stunning views of the lake. The property is amazing, and the high-end hot tub house with its incredible view is a real highlight of the stay-- perfect for a relaxing retreat, especially in March when it's cold and gloriously windy! The house itself is beautifully appointed, with every amenity you could need. Don't worry if you think you’ve forgotten something—Jan has provided everything you could imagine! The kitchen was a joy for both cooking and baking, and the dining room offered spectacular views to enhance every meal. Jan was an exceptional host, sending us daily recommendations that led us to wonderful antique shopping and cozy cafes. We also enjoyed a short drive to Rochester, just over 30 minutes away, where we explored museums and had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

We stayed in this gorgeous home with our 3 kids. The location is breathtaking, the house is beautifully designed, very well equipped and very welcoming host who was very responsive and communicate everything we needed to know. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to return there in our next vacation to the area. Highly recommended!

First i have to let you know the pictures can not relay how beautiful and grand this location is. The massive home sits on a enormous plot of land that gives everyone something to do. With a modern mansion layout the home still gives a cozy family friend environment The master bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise!! The host was amazing her communication was top notch. I would definitely visit again and recommend you experience this location for yourself!
