House vacation rentals in Pender County

Perfect house for family vacation. Great middle location between the beach and river walk area. House was just as described and had everything need for a home away from home. Cathy was easy to communicate with and very quick to get back. Certainly will put this on our list for next Wilmington NC vacation.

It was amazing the only regret is wish we could’ve stayed longer. There was a slight odor in the house but other than that it was pleasant!!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

This is the nicest, quietest AirBnb we have stayed in -+ bonus: with the most generous, responsive host. All of the views and vistas at this elevated retreat are spectacular!!! Love the location. Close to the beach and marshes and also plenty of porches and other seating spots to relax. Everything inside was comfortably and generously prepared for us - plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies, loads of towels, comfy couches and beds/bedding, beach needs…what more could you ask for? Grateful to have spent Thanksgiving ‘24 here.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. Hosts were very informative and responsive. We rent in Queens Grant a lot due to the easy access with the boat and this may be our new favorite house there!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

My spouse, young child, and I had a great stay! Cameron left detailed instructions so it was easy to get into the condo and to check out. The home is beautiful and cozy, and my child especially enjoyed reading the ocean-themed books on the screened-in porch. This was a great value for a weekend at the beach - we actually went to both Topsail Island and Wrightsville Beach because they were so close. Thank you Cameron for a great stay!

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Beautiful studio air bnb! Had everything we needed and was a good location for Mayfaire Town Center shopping/restaurant area. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. It was nice to have a refrigerator and full kitchen! We will definitely be staying here again!

Booked for my daughter & her bridesmaids getaway weekend. The house was perfect for her group; would definitely recommend this home to eveyone I know. P.S....they had fantastic time and made some great memories.

I highly recommend staying here! The house was exactly as pictured and we felt right at home. My 9 year old even said he’s never felt so at home somewhere. It was pristinely cleaned and more than we could have hoped for booking last minute. It was very kid friendly with all the games and beach toys and a great backyard for them to run around! Will definitely stay here again in the future! The hosts had excellent communication and were so kind!

Great cottage new home everything we needed.

The house was exactly as pictured & Beata was so friendly & easy to communicate with. The house was very clean (by far the most clean pet-friendly home we have stayed in). You would have no idea it was pet friendly if you were traveling without four legged children. We can’t wait to return next year!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location is truly spectacular. 30 seconds and you’re on a quiet beach. Laura was probably the kindest and most responsive host I’ve had through Airbnb. Check-in was a breeze. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Would 100% stay again.

The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning—truly the kind of view you could stare at for hours. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, and everything in between. She genuinely cared about our comfort and even went above and beyond to compensate us for a minor inconvenience, which we really appreciated. What an excellent experience. This was an incredibly lovely home, PERFECT for anyone traveling with their dogs. Our baby Eddie loved the yard. The home was Ahhhmazing. I dont know what it was but the smell walking in was divine. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend Savannahs home and look forward to visiting again when I am in the area. This was the Best Airbnb we have ever rented, and we have rented from Airbnb well over 30 times. The property was immaculate, the house was newly renovated and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, they had everything you needed to have a relaxing weekend on a huge piece of property. The lake was well stocked with fish, we caught and released well over a 200 fish in 4 days; catching a huge variety of fish from Bass, crappie, blue Gil, Shad, etc. The dock house and dock were new and made fishing the pond very comfortable with the benches. We had an absolute blast, thank you Robert for having us. We will be back.

We had an incredible stay at Jodi’s home, the location is perfect with close proximity to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. When we got there we actually didn’t want to leave since we felt right at home! We cannot wait to go back!!

We were in town for a graduation event and had a fabulous time. My family of five were comfortable in this peaceful location. This listing is close to all the popular locations. Absolutely loved our stay at Callie’s Harbor on Topsail Island! It truly felt like a home away from home. The house had everything we needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach equipment, games, and books. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the outdoor shower after long days at the beach. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and just a short walk to the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make memories. And a huge thank you to our host, Conally, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. You can tell a lot of care goes into this home, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
