Very clean and nicely decorated—simple design but very well put together without all the “nonsense” you find in so many other places. The colors are great (neutral) which for me at least, makes a big difference even if it’s just a temporary stay. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for my husband, myself, and our very large German Shepherd. Would stay again for sure.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This little house was the perfect beach stay. The wrap around deck with steps that lead to the sand, private beach access, and big window views of the ocean were amazing. I will emphasize that it is exactly as advertised, “little house on the beach” with one shared bathroom, 2 small bedrooms, and a living room/kitchen this is a perfect spot for a couple, small family, or just a few adults. If you’re trying to save and fit more the beds will accommodate just want to caution it will be cramped! The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed.

Alexander's place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were grateful to find a place on short notice around the holidays that was willing to accommodate our dogs. The private yard was perfect for them to run and get some energy out, while the house was comfortable and gave us space to rest. Alexander was very friendly and proactive in his messages about the home and the area. We hope to book again and take advantage of the cozy fire pit set up next time!

Brandon’s place was lovely! It was very homey and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Castle Hayne.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay here! This beautiful, comfortable condo is just a few steps from our favorite place to walk on the beach with our pups. There's plenty of space to park in the driveway, the condo was exactly as described, and we especially enjoyed the screen porch and sunset from the front deck.

My family recently stayed at Joseph’s place and had a wonderful experience! The location was unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth. The inside of the rental was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From kitchen supplies to cozy furniture, nothing was missing. We also felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, with secure entrances. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay by the beach!

Laurie’s place was great, and our family had a lovely long weekend. The place was nice and clean and everything was as advertised. Laurie was very helpful and responsive to questions. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the pool is a nice bonus. My only warning is that there is a restaurant/bar across the street with loud music Friday and Saturday. We had a sound machine and slept fine with it, just a heads up. Great overall!

This place was perfect for my family! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had the basic necessities. It’s all the things you hope to have when staying outside of your own home. 1000/10 would recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

We had a pleasant stay here. Everything was clean and accommodating and our host was very kind. Traveling with our dogs is tricky, but the ample outdoor space for them to roam made the difference.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

2-3 min walk to the beach, friendly neighbors/renters, clean and beautiful house that was the perfect size for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! Easy check-in and check out process. Our golden pup was super thankful to be with his family during our beach trip! The front and back porch were so peaceful and inviting. Our golden pup loved the front porch. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a great long beach weekend at a beautiful home! We look forward to coming back!

Very nice spot in Surf City, very spacious and conveniently located, near most of places in town and to Topsail and other beches for day trips. The house is well stock with all essentials you need for weekend break and even more, just perfect for up to two families with kids, my kids always enjoy bunk beds and games. Kayaks were a plus, all in good shape and dock is very near just to walk. Nick was very responsive and prompt for any questions, will return when visiting Wilmington.

We had a great time! House was very spacious loved the floor plan with family room on the first floor , plenty of bathrooms an added bonus and the peaceful environment and convenience to things like supermarket and stores. Definitely would come back and reccomend !

Great place, with lots of light in the mornings and super cozy inside! I enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood, and the best part was how close to the beach I was!
