Ching was very kind and responded quickly, which was a great help. He also handled the taxi driver efficiently and allowed us a late checkout. This property is very spacious. There were four rooms, each with its own shower and toilet. It was too large for our family of three, but we had a relaxing time. It made us want to stay in Penang even longer. We truly appreciate Ching’s kindness.
