Vacation rentals with beach access in Penang Island

Enjoyed the place, location and the view. Good for holidays.!!Were stayed here for 11 days. Only elevators required some patience.

Great location! Walkable distance to gurney bay (in my opinion), I did walk to my work place. Clear instructions from Charles. I am really appreciate that Charles actually stayed up till 4am to wait for me. (Check-in). Great place and definitely will stay again during next trip here in Penang. Thank you!

Host was responsive and friendly, the place was clean, feel like home, has beautiful sea view, overall we have a great experience.

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

Centre of Penang, go where also near!!! Some more stil have a garage to park 2 big cars nice nice. Got a 24hours mcd in walkable distance, this is the best haha

I had an amazing stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly accommodating my request for an early check-in due to an emergency and even allowing a late check-out. The house itself is HUGE, perfect for our group of 8 people. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed, especially the washing machine and dryer, which were a huge plus. The Coway water purifier was a nice touch as well! The place is extremely clean and neat, making it very comfortable to stay in. It’s also in a great location, with plenty of food options nearby. I highly recommend this place – it’s perfect for a big group and made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. Very, very highly recommended!

It was a great place to stay. The whole house was clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. The sea was walking distance and we all love to watch the beautiful sun set. The pool was big and clean. Everything is inside and we felt secured with the security measures taken by the host upon entering and exiting. The house has everything. It was easy for us to cook. Just walk to the jetty nearby and fresh fish and prawns are available. I love the kiblat directions and prayer mats readily available in every room. Cafes and food were also nearby. We really love this place. Hope we can come here again next time.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

this place was in a quiet location with a big general store next door. the pool was good fun for kids and adults. the security at the gate were polite and helpful. it was also easy to order a grab to and from this location.

Jaswen’s unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed and more. The prime location was great and made getting around very easy. Bonus points go to the gorgeous view.

It's our second time staying here and we came back because Gana's place has everything we needed. We are a family of 2 adults + 3 kids and stayed 7 nights. The beach was right at the back of the condo, pool was beautiful, gym was in working condition and it was walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and a hawker centre. Thanks for having us again, Gana.

Location was not mentioned in previous reviews which was perfect. Enca Restaurant is next door great food and drink at fair price. Beach within 100 metres of property, with beach restaurants easy walking distance (not so cheap) . Will definitely come back 😁 Thank you to Apple for letting us enjoy Batu Ferringhi
