Monthly Rentals in Passau

Super nice hosts,always reachable. Everything worked out well and everything you need. Staying above the rooftops of Passau has that certain something.

We stayed in Daniel's apartment for an extended weekend with our young children. The apartment has a great location and is on the 1st floor. The windows of bedroom and sitting room are towards the street which is very busy. Since you don't have to open the windows at night at the current temperatures, the volume was no problem for us. Next door was a well-attended pub, where the audience was also often outside the door and was also quite noisy depending on the alcohol level. But those were all the criticisms we have. The equipment of the apartment is great, everything was clean and Daniel is super friendly and helpful. The pizza from across the street is really delicious! One more info for visitors who do not arrive by car: the key must be picked up at another address.

We had a great stay in Passau and felt at home. The apartment is superbly furnished and we particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen. The location is also absolutely top, you can explore almost everything Passau has to offer on foot and it is still (even on New Year's Eve) pleasantly quiet.

Fantastic accommodation in a good location with beautiful views of the Ilz. You have your own small apartment from which you can explore the city. The city of Passau as well as the accommodation are highly recommended! :)
