The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Ms. Chona! ☺️

I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! We absolutely loved our stay here! The place has a beautiful overlooking view that made our mornings and evenings extra special. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend, and we'd definitely stay again!

Me and my husband booked the apartment for 3 days and 2 nights - The check-in and check-out process was kinda easy. The apartment is really good value clean and comfortable - which is actually more beatiful than the pictures, and it is convenient to all the places we want to go to. The owner could not have done more to help us and answered any questions immediately, Ms. Gladys is very responsive and kind. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area. Nice place to stay and to relaxed. We are looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

Condo very clean and comfortable. Superb location for entry to all BGC has to offer- which is a lot. Could get my daily 10,000 steps in easily with shade to rest or to get a cool beverage. Very safe and friendly area. Many expats from various countries. We stayed here because our home in Ayala Alabang wasn’t quite ready for move in but would happily stay here again if needed a place for short term. Be sure to water the plants.

The host was extremely accommodating and consistently responsive to all of our inquiries throughout our stay. We truly appreciated how quickly they addressed any questions or concerns we had. The unit itself was not only neat and spotless but also very well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. Additionally, its location was highly convenient, being close to a variety of amenities such as a convenience store and several malls, making it easy to access everything we needed during our visit.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in Anthony’s unit and like before, everything was perfect. We were able to book the unit the same day as we transitioned from Nuvali to BGC. Being very responsive, Anthony, his wife and worker were able to have the unit ready and available within a couple of hours and we were able to check in prior to the normal check in hour. With no hesitation, we will book this in the future. 5 stars for us.

Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! Booked this place to celebrate my birthday with 11 of my friends and we had just enough space to celebrate and enjoy ourselves. We had enough beds and seats. The aircon was already running when we arrived so it was really perfect this time of the year. Loved the place!

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.
