Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests! Perfect stay if you're a big group. Should've booked one extra day to enjoy all the amenities since we used the place as accoms lang for a concert >< 10/10 will book again.

My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

Laika the beagle and her babies are so cute that my niece went bonkers. hahaha The host and his partner were very hospitable 10 out of 10! As well as the host provide lots of recommended food spots that were very good which goes with the prices. Will definitely book this listing again! This is my second time staying at The Lake Farm. I brought extended family with me and they loved the place as well. I missed the ducks though. There used to be so many of them and we were looking forward to feeding them. The remaining ones weren’t eager to approach us. Hehe.

The place is amazing, good facilities, perfect location. Everything was perfect. Communication was easy with very good English. Hope to visit this place again!

Our family stayed for an overnight at Ms. Anna’s place for my Mom’s advance bday celeb. We all enjoyed their place, ambiance is peaceful and location is well secured. The only problem we encountered is the slow internet connection at night but actually it’s not that big deal for me. Overall I’m still satisfied in our stay and looking forward to book their place again. Thank you again, Ms. Anna!

I can’t praise Gloria enough. The location was peaceful and out of the way, but close to everything. The property exceeded any expectations I had. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back to Dumaguete.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful private resort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed with my 3 kids (1, 4, and 6 yo) and it was the perfect staycation for us. The hosts have young kids as well and their attention to detail truly made us feel at home - from offering kids' swimming gears to kids' toys. The house was beautifully decorated with cozy, homey touches, making it easy to relax and unwind. The spacious terrace and fully equipped kitchen made us feel like we were staying in a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the private pool. The kids had a lot of fun, even swimming until 9pm and starting swimming at 8am the next day! The hosts live in the house next door, but they gave enough privacy and seclusion. We loved having such a tranquil place to call our own for the duration of the stay.

This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

What I loved about this place is that it’s just a few steps to the beach and how private it felt. The beach area was wonderful, and the property itself was spacious—perfectly suited for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only minor challenge was that the kitchen was separate from the main house, but it was manageable. I also appreciated that, even for a beach property, we had no issues with the water pressure. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. While the house rules are quite lengthy and might feel overwhelming to some, they are understandable, considering it's their home. I do appreciate that all needed details were provided.

The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

The place was great! The garden view made it feel just like home. We especially loved that it was pet-friendly. The host was very responsive, and everything we needed was available especially the kitchen and food storage essentials. Highly recommended!

Rosalie's place was the perfect little hideaway in El Nido! Located about 15 minutes out of El Nido town in a nice local neighborhood. The co-host Mat met us for check-in and check-out and explained how to do everything in the house and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tours. Rosalie provided great communication before and during our stay. The house had everything one would need for a relaxing stay in El Nido. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to El Nido!

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.
