Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with many places to lounge & walk around in a gated community with 24/7 security. It is right in between two very close malls, SM City Masinag and SM City Marikina. We are also close to Santa Lucia and Robinson Mall. There are many nice places to shop and eat nearby off Marcos Highway. Our community is right across the studio of the famous noontime show, Eat Bulaga GMA 7.

Enjoyed our stay in this place, it's in a private subdivision and quiet area. The home was clean, with all the basic amenities plus kid friendly. Thanks to the owner for going an extra mile to provide a high chair for our infant. We liked having ACs in the living/dining area and all bedrooms. The host was very responsive and hospitable. I would recommend this place to everyone including balikbayans.

We totally fell in love with the house! It is so beautiful, exactly as the pictures. We love the space, the lights, the big smart TVs in the living room and masters bedroom, the office space in the third floor ... everything! It was so perfect that we all had an amazing time. The hosts were very responsive which I truly appreciate, especially Jayhan. This place is highly recommended. We would definitely go back!

This was our first time staying in Marikina, and we’re so glad we found Glenn's place. It’s located in a secure, gated community tucked away in the heart of Marikina city, which made it both peaceful and convenient. We chose this spot because it was centrally located near family members in the area. The check-in process was smooth, and Glenn’s clear instructions made it even easier. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, Glenn was quick to respond and resolve them. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Glenn’s place to any large families visiting the Philippines.

I stayed at this place for a couple of days and it was nice. The ac was very strong, so it was nice since it’s so hot in Manila. Overall the place was very clean and very aesthetic. One thing to consider though is that Makati is a big party area so there is loud music at night. Again though it is a great place for a nice price!

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!
