I had an incredible 3-night stay at this condo in Eastwood! The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and cafes to shopping and entertainment options. The area felt very safe, even when walking at night, which made exploring so much more enjoyable. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the entire experience seamless.

The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

Dedicated parking and complete kitchen tools were a perfect combo! Ma Luisa is also a great host - responsive, very helpful, and did not take offense when we were few mins late the checkout time.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The reception desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. The host was very communicative, checking in on us during our stay and responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. Overall, a good experience!

The location was great as it was close to all the activities we wanted to explore outside and inside the apartment. The bed, bathroom and kitchen were clean and tidy just like our first time. Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. Our stay at Glyza’s place was great. The moment we entered the room we could already “smell” and see the cleanliness. It was a cozy place to stay in. Glyza was also responsive and helpful.

Wanted to try a new area of Manila. The apartment is in Capital Commons in Pasig. It is literally across the street from Estancia mall. Estancia has a lot of restaurants and shops for your daily needs. Estancia mall is then connected to Unimart for your groceries. The surrounding area is full of the traffic control and security of Capital Commons. Close to BGC and Megamall if the surrounding shops don’t have what you need. Apartment is kept very clean with dishes and utensils for cooking. We were a party of four and a few cats and had enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The building staff are amazing. We also stayed long enough and witnessed how the cleaners cleaned the apartment. They really flip the place upside down and inside out! Was really impressed with the work. Overall great place would stay again and if I ever want to move to the Philippines I think I would want to move into this building. Host is also very kind, quick to respond and professional.

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

The place was nice, clean and we have everything what we needed for our stay there in a week. She also have washer and dryer that was very helpful for us to do our laundry. Liza was responsive and are making sure we have what we need in the place. My kids likes how they have their own bed/room. This place was close to everything restaurants outside, drug store, and convenience store outside. We enjoy our stay here.

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

William was easy to contact and responded to all our queries almost immediately. His apartment was roomy and came with all the amenities he listed. Liking to prepare most of our meals in, it was nice to have a kitchen with everything that was needed to do so. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a big plus! The two air conditioners were not necessary to keep the temperature in the place comfortable but it shows how considerate the host was to put them in the apartment. The Wi-Fi functioned excellently. I would definitely want to stay again if I were to return to Manila in the future.
