Relax poolside or in the hot tub surrounded by lush greenery outside this spacious, renovated guesthouse nestled in a beautiful, private setting. Interior highlights include LED TV and surround sound system, kitchenette, and ample storage. (Pool availability is May 1st - Sep 30th (No exceptions) BUT Hot Tub IS available year round.) We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups as well as complimentary wine and bottled water. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub available upon request. *Un-gated pool and stairs. Children must be supervised at all times. Guest accepts all liability and holds owner harmless.

In this small Rancho Guest Cottage (approx 500 sqft), you can hear the garden waterfall from the bedroom or lay out taking in the sun near your private pool/jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay in Burbank! The property was beautifully clean and just like the photos. Loved watching the sun rise through the glass doors. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. It was a great base to explore the nearby attractions, just a 20 minute drive to Universal studios, and a 7 minute drive to a walmart. Wouldnt hesitate to book again if in the burbank area. Felt like a home away from home.

My mom and I booked a trip last minute and Sara’s place was perfect! Sara was super kind, understanding and flexible with our check in given our flight was getting in early in the day. Sara’s place is an incredible spot for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. My 12 year old dog Mia also enjoyed the outdoor area and the quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect and has lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

We had to find a temporary place to stay for my family + 2 dogs as we had been displaced by the wildfires. Dana was so accommodating from the start. She met us at the house to give us a detailed tour since we were staying for a month. The house has everything we needed. It’s also very clean. Cristian and Ashley were very responsive. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We were able to utilize the kitchen for a few meals, and they had everything we needed. Teens loved the ping-pong table & chess board. Most importantly, the home was clean with fresh towels and linens. We would definitely come back.
