Antonia’s cottage is a very special place and we’ll cherish the time we spent here for a long time! This is so much more than an Airbnb. Antonia and Michael are incredible hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Waking up to see horses steps away every morning was a dream. The location is in nature and is very quiet but is also a short drive from town, the beach, Malibu, LAX, and other towns in the valley. The kitchen is well-equipped and we cooked several times. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. We highly recommend it and will be back!

Great stay! The apartment was really cozy and had unique touches that made it feel warm and inviting. Location is awesome too, right next to Larchmont village with lots of other neighborhoods just a short drive away. Noah was a great host, very responsive and friendly, but also respectful of privacy. The only tiny thing to be aware of is that trash pickup in the alley behind the apartment is quite early in the AM and is very loud. It's a city though, so that's hard to avoid. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Such cozy cottage tucked away in a quiet lush garden in a tranquil corner of Santa Monica! The wind chimes made it seem extra ethereal at night. Lori and her partner put a lot of care into the cultivation of the garden, and are welcoming and readily available onsite on the property everyday as cottage is a part of a cluster of properties that they own. The other properties surround the cottage but we never crossed paths with any of the other guests so our cottage felt private enough. Lori is very communicative — she stayed in touch over the text regularly throughout the trip to check in on our comfort, and help us with navigating parking nuances with the garage vs. parking spot vs. street parking with the other guests. The location cannot be beat!

Jacob's accommodation was even better in reality than in the photographs. As homesteaders coming from London, UK, this guest house was very suitable for our visit with family in LA. In particular we greatly appreciated the spacious kitchen with its vintage stove (my wife's favourite). The host mentioned to us his house was built a century ago, and lounging inside, with its view of the mountains, we were able to experience the nostalgia of historic Glendora itself more acutely. Places like this are rare. It's very true what the 1926 classified ad in The Chicago Tribune said: "Location, Location, Location!" Jacob's house offers true value and we recommend it highly. Looking forward to many more trips!

Andrew’s place is a beautiful guest house right off a very private alleyway that feels tucked away in the center of Venice. It was a super short walk to Abbot Kinney and Erewhon, and the place is decorated beautifully with lots of nice touches provided by Andrew. There were even beautiful fresh flowers and local snacks in the apartment when we arrived. Andrew was also a great host, taking care of us whenever we had questions, and he was generous and kind throughout our stay. If we’re ever back in Venice, we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Andrew!

I don’t even know where to begin - everything was just perfect. The place and its surroundings are incredibly beautiful. In my opinion, it’s one of the most picturesque parts of Los Angeles. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, a well-stocked bathroom, a great selection of books, and even cozy bathrobes. Jennifer and Ryan went above and beyond by providing toys, a high chair, and a Pack ’n Play for our daughter - truly top-notch service. The hosts were extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they really care about making your stay comfortable and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This place was lovely! Very private. Felt like we were in a getaway resort. Anything you need for the house, they had it. Lot of open space. And we’re very friendly and nice with having visitors. I wanted a place to catch up with my family and this place was perfect. Helpful with turning on the fire place. If i visit California again, I would come here again.
