Condo vacation rentals in Pasadena

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

The location is why I picked this place but I’m happy to say that everything else exceeded my expectations. Even the building staff was friendly! I’d happily stay here again next time I visit DTLA

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Very beautiful and clean apartment in a nice, safe neighborhood in Los Angeles. Great, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Very convenient with a parking garage and a private spot. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent, thanks to the wonderful host. Glory promptly resolved the hot water issue, which did not impact our experience at all. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone travelling nearby.

Well-equipped, clean, and spacious apartment with full kitchen, bath, and a v comfy pullout couch that can be used as a second bed. Not much natural light as facing a wall, but super convenient for DTLA, great rooftop with jacuzzi, friendly people at the front desk, and everything you would need for a slightly extended vacation/work trip. V detailed ahead of check-in, and a responsive host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Flo's wonderful apartment. Pros: Location is AMAZING! Not only are there a ton of things to do, places to eat, shopping options and even a movie theater but the area is actually safe. Flo is a very kind host and very fast to respond. I ended up checking in very late but Flo made herself available and guided me through the process, answering all my questions. Everything about this stay made it very convenient, from the parking to how to use the TV and the desks for remote work. I suffer from back pain but this apartment offers lots of extra pillows and blankets. The apartment is MUCH LARGER than what it seems from photos, with high ceilings and beautiful decor! Cons: The bathroom was noisy and you are next to the elevator. Not a big deal but I couldnt sleep the first night because I kept hearing sounds and thinking someone had entered the apartment. Just be mindful of the sounds and you'll be okay, they aren't too loud. I had an amazing stay and recommend!

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

Great beachfront condo with immaculate views and walkable to Manhattan beach shops and restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay at Mandy's place. The location was convenient with quick access to many stores in the area. The place was clean with a nice TV and kitchen area. Mandy was polite and super responsive to anything I needed.

We had a great stay at Paul’s place. The location is incredible - 3 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Rose ave. Everything you need is a short walk away. The apartment was clean, renovated, comfortable. Definitely recommend Paul’s place!

We had a very nice stay at Josie's condo. The location is walkable to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The condo was as described and very comfortable and clean. Josie is very responsive to questions and local recommendations were provided.

We had a great time and enjoyed the space. Great area that felt very safe. Lots of good food options near and close to Disney. Would recommend 👌

Traveled with 2 adults and 1 teenager. Everything was as pictured and instructions were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Had a great stay, very clean and had a full kitchen. We cooked meals at home and everything was well equiped. Location was very good, grocery store and restaurants on walkable distance. Selina was very helpful and her instructions were very clear. The only issue is that the building is very old, neighbors upstairs were not noisy but even if they walk then the doors and windows in the apartment would start shaking. Otherwise, everything was very thought through in the house. Thanks!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

What a great stay! Lovely garden and in the perfect neighborhood. Camille and Mark were excellent communicators and gave some good local tips. Even though our flight was delayed they stayed up to meet us and show us the room. Would not even think about staying somewhere else when we come back to LA.

Jack and his team were incredibly responsive. We had a huge issue with another rental and after a seven hour drive down to LA we were essentially stuck without a place to stay. I found Jack’s listing at 5pm or so, booked, and we were checked in within the hour. They responded immediately and it was perfect for our needs! Literally as close as you can get to Universal City Walk. Clean. Had all of the essentials. And the responsiveness of his team was top notch.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.

Quiet, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, easy self check in, parking space convenient, groceries nearby, walkable neighborhood, clean, we had no complaints! Would stay here again. Recommend the lovely Sunday morning farmer's market a few blocks away! They even have pony rides.
