Monthly Rentals in Park Orchards

Great place to stay. Amazing location, close to the train and tram. The host is very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The unit is in a nice hidden location through a gate up a quiet street. I had to arrive early to drop my luggage off and host was flexible to arrange that with the cleaner. Only problem was there was no freezer so my frozens were thawed out by the time I got home later and had to remove them. Fortunately they weren’t brand new. Overall I enjoyed staying in the room and using tiny bathroom. I would come back.

I had a lovely stay at Parveen’s place. It’s a lovely space to stay in and I felt very welcome. There was even food in the fridge and pantry which was very much appreciated as it was the last week of my month long trip and I had very little money left for shopping. The bed was lovely and comfy and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness that had gone into creating a homely space. The welcome card was a lovely touch also. I will definitely stay again when I next return to Oz! Many thanks. :)

Samantha & Craig’s place was perfect for us! Was super comfortable and private, a small area but with everything to make us feel right at home. The owners seemed lovely, and the pets were friendly and adorable!
