Monthly Rentals in Paraty

Staying at Joao & Paolo's place was literal PARADISE. This is perhaps the best Airbnb that we've ever stayed in. We spent hours just laying in bed and looking out at the water...or hearing the beautiful sound of the rain hit the roof. The architecture and design of this place is STUNNING! The hosts gave us incredible recommendations, made us feel right at home, and even helped us arrange pizza to be delivered straight to the Airbnb... pizza in paradise! We are so grateful for our time here and we will be coming back!

We spent four days in Paraty, and although it rained the entire time, Tami's place truly became our sanctuary. The apartment was the perfect spot to cozy up and watch the rain fall through the large windows. Nestled just behind one of Paraty’s historic churches, the location couldn’t have been better—charming, quiet, and central. The space itself was warm and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to cook dinner one night. We especially loved the back patio, where we sat under cover and soaked in the peaceful ambiance of the rain. Despite the weather limiting our outdoor plans, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Tami was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it made all the difference during a very rainy visit!

The atmosphere is amazing and charming in the eyes of those who enjoy contact with nature, animals and the flora of the Atlantic Forest. I went with my boyfriend to spend 3 days and they were wonderful, quiet and quiet days. The structure of the house is very well made, the handmade decorations make the place even cooler and brought me an immense desire to return. I can't forget Zé Pedro, a very fine host together with his animals, left us at ease, we hardly noticed his presence, but whenever we needed or had any questions he appeared along with the dinosaur, the whip, the white and the others (his cute little mascots). Therefore, I highly recommend the stay on site, I also keep with immense affection to the company of Damares (the kitten). Valu every moment.
