Beach house vacation rentals in Paraty

The house is extremely pleasant, clean and well decorated. The infrastructure is very good - internet works well, comfortable beds, hot shower and well equipped kitchen for home dining. Mauricio received us in a very welcoming and helpful way. The beauty of Mamanguá is a separate chapter. We had a delicious weekend and we want to come back soon!

They were beautiful days. The house of Raphaela is a delight. Privacy, lots of nature, amazing view. Pertinho da casa (less than 1 minute walk) has a simple and very good restaurant, which saved us a few times. The boatman that Raphaela indicated, Isaías, is also a sweetheart. We'll be back again for sure.

Maria Helena is an extremely kind, flexible and accommodating person. It welcomed me very well and was always ready to help. The house is beautiful, cozy and is in a very quiet and beautiful region, in the midst of nature. Bed linen and towels were very smelling and clean. Everything was perfect. Gratitude, Maria Helena!! I'll definitely come back more often.

A paradise! This is how I define this place. Thaís is very kind and with clear instructions from both the house and tips from places and people who can help. Thank you for the indication of Rosa who made the food (delicious!) and the Mauricio that we ordered the fish (very helpful) and a special thanks to Rogerio who made our transportation and helped us with doubts about the house. It was all amazing since we closed the reservation until our departure. We will definitely come back more often!

Our stay was excellent, extremely clean, smelling and just 2 minutes from the beach, ideal for those who love tranquility. The house is located in Praia do Estaleiro, great for families with children or couples looking for quiet. Sabine and Isaa were very kind, always giving local support and recommendations. It's well worth knowing!

Perfect stay from the first contact. The space exceeded expectations; clean, organized, functional, close to the historic center and a few meters from Jabaquara beach. Valéria is an excellent host, attentive and helpful.

Excellent stay. The house was clean, cozy and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The site is super quiet, with a constant presence of birds and a breathtaking view. Host Silvia was very polite and concerned about providing us a good stay. In addition, the beach is great and the region has other nearby ones, which can be easily accessed by trails. Angela’s place on Ilha do Araújo is something special. Tucked away and peaceful, it’s the kind of retreat that gently pulls you out of the city rhythm and slows everything down. The house has everything you need, especially a kitchen that invites long, easy meals. Angela is thoughtful and well-organized, and Elton – always around when needed – was a huge help. A quietly beautiful stay in a place that lingers with you.

Beautiful, cozy house, very smelling when we arrived, impeccable cleaning, the house has all the necessary utensils, great swimming pool. I loved the house! You can leave without fear! Great house and location. The house is is very spacious and comfortable. It has all you would need in a holiday home. We also liked the neighbourhood, which is calm, with local bar and restaurants and an incredible view of the Atlantic rain forest and a very nice beach. The historical city centre is only 10 min away by car. We would definitely come back.

Stayed here with my family for a few days. We really enjoyed the pool and my 8 year old son loved the pool table. The house is very big and very comfortably fit my family. The location is great, just a block from the beach so we were able to wake up and go for a run straight from the house. We chose to eat out each meal so not sure how the kitchen functioned but it was very clean and colorful.

Paraty is my favorite holiday destination, it was my 10th time in the city and I thought it would be impossible to be more passionate about the city than I was! But Luan's house left me enchanted, beautiful, it has everything needed for everyday life, super comfortable, perfect location and a great outdoor area. Communication with Luan and Dona Izaura was always quick and smooth. Dona Izaura a cute one, always worried about whether we had everything we needed. Next time you're in Paraty I'm sure I'd like to stay back in the house!

What a beautiful place it really feels like you’re living at the jungle. Very nice host, who helped us bringing our luggage to the house and brought us a chocolate cake. The beach close by is so lovely with a nice beach bar👍🏼. Thanks Aline

Casa do Pablo is amazing and he was super friendly and responsive making us feel at home. It has a great swimming pool and barbecue which made it possible for us to spend quality time at home. The location is very close to the beach, a 30-minute walk from the center but with a free bus that passes right in front of the house. I would stay with Pablo again and recommend this stay to everyone.

Excellent stay, Janaina and Agnaldo always very proactive and helpful during the period we spent in the house. I had problems with traffic, and Janaina was super understandable and flexible with Check-in. The house is perfect for those who want to leave the car aside and have the privilege of walking to the beach, with good restaurants and bars around. In front of the house has a grocery store that supplies what is needed for the stay. For sure and an excellent request for those who want a quiet and quiet place standing on the sand. Very quiet, well wooded condominium, few units which generates quiet, the house is very close to the beach, the house is very airy, has windows everywhere. Due to the strong heat the ceiling fans did not give flow, the more this heat was intense, in a normal climate it would be quiet. Excellent villa, Mrs. Tânia is very kind, helpful. I loved the accommodation, the house is simple but cozy, the balcony won my heart with a large table for outdoor dining and a wonderful view of the sea. And Mariane, like her father, were wonderful, very nice and attentive, left fruit in the kitchen and when we had a problem with the TV they solved it promptly. The accommodation has bed and bath linens, which was great for us because it was less to carry. Anyway, we stayed 6 days and they were wonderful and unforgettable days. We'll be back!
