Spacious place for a reasonable price. On the main road, but in bedroom no disturbing sound at all. Neighbors are quiet. Warm water, ac, large kitchen with utensils. It takes some time to get to Alona beach, but it is closer to Bohol itself. There are cats living around, sometimes you can smell them. Overall great place.

The place was neat and tidy and the stuff in the house is complete. Faith is very accommodating in answering our inquiries 💗 We did not have a hard time to book grab from our location. The subdivision also offers a rent a car in which we booked for the wedding we went to. Overall we had a super fun stay! Thank you so much Faith! 💗

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect for anyone planning to visit Alona Beach or Tagbilaran—it’s conveniently situated and easy to get around. The 2-bedroom space is cozy and relaxed, with a vibe that truly captures the essence of Bohol. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Communication with the owners was excellent; they were responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

Ms. Jove's place is very spacious as it was able to comfortably occuppy 22 pax of us. Using the bathroom is not a problem for a big group as the place has lots. Resting areas outside of the home is very relaxing. Ms. Jove is responsive to all queries. She is very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us to the place personally and sent us off 4 am in the morning personally. She even helped us load our baggages. Appreciate it much! We really enjoyed staying at Ms. Jove's place. 11/10 would reccommend!

Nice big house and a great backyard. House is clean. You need a car if staying here as it's not walking distance to anything. Also the care taker lives in the semi detached house out the back. We found this to be a great base for us while we explored Bohol. Our kids loved the Christmas Tree 🌲

The place where the house was very peaceful, me and my officemate love how quiet the place is, it is what we need after a half marathon run so we can sleep comfortably and have a pool to relax. And also the house was equipped with cooking stuff, a tv and a wifi. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ma'am and Sir. 😊

It was the perfect accommodation for a big family trip!! (we're 11peoples) The swimming pool that the children loved so much, Breakfast served every morning, plus a special dinner (Dario's food was absolutely superb! 😘) Rhosyl solved my difficulties at any time and recommended beautiful spots for me. (Oceanica beach was loved) This is the house that made my first Bohol trip perfect. If I ever visit Bohol next time, I will definitely visit Rhosyl again🥹 see u soooooooon!! (Rhocyl, I'll always pray for you to be happy..🫶🏻)

The host has a nice little garden with great triangular plums and all kinds of plants, and a cute dog and cat which is my favorite.The facilities in the house are also nice, with a yard and a balcony.Kitchen utensils and dishes are fully equipped and suitable for long-term rental.The location is also not bad, it is a 15-minute walk from the white sand beach and a 10-minute drive from Arona Beach, which is also quite convenient.I recommend everyone to stay comfortably.

I really like the place, feels like home, safe and private. the host is very friendly. Accessible to the tourist spot in panglao, recommended for those workaholic while taking a vacation.

Beautiful view from the balcony - super nice to watch the sunrise over the water very early in the morning. The brand new unit was nicely decorated and was well stocked. Water and coffee / tea packets were readily available. The unit was just as described and as pictured - very comfortable and cozy. The pool area looked inviting and nice to lounge at. There were a couple of places to eat downhill towards the water, which was about a 5-minute walk. Streets were well-lit at night. Other nights, we ordered food through the Grab app. Place is near the Bohol Bee Farm, which is a good place to visit and eat at their restaurant. Sometimes, we were able to catch a Grabcar. Other times, the security guard was able to call a tricycle/3-wheeler. Hosts were very welcoming and receptive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay with a family or a couple friends. There are places to eat nearby and the beach is near (I’d recommend going to South Palms beach to avoid the fee entrance to Dumaluan beach). If you have a scooter it’s extremely accessible anywhere as it’s on the main road. Mary’s communication with us was easy and helpful. Overall I’d recommend this stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials I needed. The location was perfect, close to Alona beach and various restaurants. Marilyn and Q was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and giving great recommendations for local spots to visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Little hidden gem not far from the tourist areas. Beautiful little pool and lounging areas. The room perfect for budget travellers, breakfast included too. Recommend.

Property presented as described. Host was responsive to all messages, we got there late and a late checkin was organised by host, which was great and trouble free after a long trip. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice house, great for small family. Host is Easy to communicate. Reggie has someone in the area that serves as contact person also whenever you need assistance regarding the house. The house is as described by the host. Will be considering renting the house again if we need to rent for our future vacation.
