Very cozy , clean place, small but with a good flow. Nice little terrace with morning sun, perfect for breakfast( even in January).. if you are a light sleeper maybe it is a good idea to take some ear plugs with you as you do hear the up- hill trafic a bit. That said the house is on a quiet street with very few cars .Great place to stay a couple of days or longer

Gracia is a lovely and very responsive host. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Very close to beach, 2 min walk. 2 mins walk to grocery Market also. For anyone working from home, the WiFi does not extend to the bedrooms. Gracia was very helpful in lending us her own extension box to solve the problem. WiFi in sitting room is very fast! can handle multiple devices. Seems like a residential block of very nice families (including the host). The sound proofing is not so good as with alot if apartments, so it can be noisy. Again, Gracia tried to help with this. Beautiful area with very lovely people. Difficult to get to from airport if not driving. Alsa bus goes from Valencia to Gandia 15 mins away and then a taxi to Bellreguard which is sooooo much cheaper than a taxi from airport (€155 ). We had a great time at Gracias place overall.

Sylvia's place is fantastic! She’s an amazing host—very communicative and respectful of privacy, always making sure everything is perfect without being intrusive. The apartment itself has stunning views, and its location is ideal for those who love being close to both beaches and mountains. Shops are also nearby, making it convenient for everyday needs. However, having a car is essential to make the most of the area, as it allows easy access to all the wonderful spots around. Overall, a peaceful and scenic getaway with a top-notch host!
