Vacation rentals with a kayak in Brevard County

Andrey’s home was warm and welcoming. Very clean and had everything inside the house we needed. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for a family, lots of fun things to do.

This is our 2nd stay at Derek's home and it was wonderful! The house is very comfortable and one of the cleanest we've stayed at. The bed in the master is a Sleep Number and my husband, who has back problems, loved it. Our dogs enjoyed the secure, fenced backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable to the beach. Derek is so helpful- even sending a note to tell us about a rocket launch that we might want to watch. We love staying here and hope to do so again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is great and the pool was amazing. Fish were jumping at the dock. Walking distance to the beach and had all kinda of activities in the house. I would return here for future stays in Cocoa Beach

We had a nice stay. Worked well for all of us. The home is well furnished and stocked with all the supplies we were looking for. Very nice.

Let me start this review by saying, I would rent here again and again and again! There is so much good to say. The place looked even better than in the photos. Very clean, great use of spaces, decorated wonderfully, lots of amenities, water toys, amazing location and super great customer service and communication!!! We needed for nothing!! (The washroom sinks in the spare restroom (not the master) ran only cold water. I tried to turn on the hot via the knobs under the sinks but no go. It didn't really matter though. No one cared really. Just had wanted to let you know! ) All in all, it was the perfect space for us! Thank you!!

We booked this air bnb to host our families for the winter holidays, and it was a success! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cutlery and cookware, and the surrounding shared spaces provided enough seating and lounging area for both sets of parents. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, peaceful backyard (complete with hammock!), and the stash of board games for post-dinner fun. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space, and we were so thankful for a washer dryer in the garage! Bathrooms were great, and appreciated the sustainable bidet option. Everything is walking distance from this air bnb, plus the bikes in the garage are a great way to get around. We only used our cars when going to get groceries, or heading to a town over. When we needed to message the hosts with questions, they were friendly and responded quickly with answers and recommendations for seasonal fun. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

We could not have picked a better location and host! Kay is a gem and we would absolutely return to her townhome again. The bikes were so FUN! All the appliances worked perfectly and the location was peaceful, friendly and beautiful.

Lovely home, comfortable and nice location. It was easy access to the beach and restaurants. Host instructions were spot on too! The only thing was the sound of the vehicles on US 1…if you aren’t a light sleeper then this would not be a problem. Would definitely return here.

This is a charming cottage with a cozy yard in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Our Host was very helpful with anything we needed.

Pineapple Bluff is right on the water. Spectacular view. Watched dolphin play right in front of us. House is quaint. Very well stocked. Very quiet. Went kayaking. Had a blast. Very close to town. Lots of shops and restaurants. We will definately be back again.

The place was really comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. Loved the proximity to the beach and places to eat. The place had everything you need, and a nice area outside to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Jacki was really responsive. The place is really clean, plenty of towels. We didn't cook on this trip, but if we did, Jacki has everything you may need.

We had a wonderful stay. The Pineapple Cottage was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable and secure. Dean was a gracious host.

Janel’s place was perfect! It was clean, well-appointed and in the perfect location! We enjoyed exploring The Thousand Islands in the provided kayaks!
