A luxury vacation home with world class fishing

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You cannot beat the views here! Absolutely stunning! My mother and sister, Lucy, stayed at this home with our family July 2021. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded beach towns. We loved the house so much, that we asked the Superhost owner to let us know if he ever wanted to sell it. He did, and the rest is history! Enjoy fishing and crabbing directly off the dock or enjoy a day at the beach.

A coworker and I stayed here for a little over a month and the place worked out perfectly. The HVAC worked great for (2) people who are used to the dry weather of a desert. Having (2) bathrooms was worth the extra $$. The host was quick to respond to any issues, which were minor (Bedroom TV needed to be replaced, living room Dish remote doesn’t work, the hot and cold are reversed on a couple faucets) and was also very willing to help find my missing package (the post office delivered to the wrong house). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the bay. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you

Wonderful house, nice large bedrooms, great upstairs deck and dock. A lot of stairs, so bringing coolers up to the top floor is a pain. Would be ideal to have a small transport elevator or lift for easier lifting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

In the mornings he used the internet to get work done and I read on the peaceful outside patio in the sunshine. Walking along the bay is always a highlight when we visit Palacios. Great place for our family to gather for a fishing weekend! Comfy couches in the living room with a huge TV. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Delicious selection of coffee pods provided for us! AC was wonderfully refreshing during the hottest weekend of the year. Bathrooms were big. We had a fun time driving down the road to flounder and crab. Would definitely stay again!

This hidden gem is just that, a real gem! We had an absolute blast between fishing, enjoying a fire in the evening and a house that gets icy cold at night. Zero complaints. Priya was responsive and kind! House is fully stocked and very clean. The property is very private and the fishing was incredible. Drums, crabs, even a sting ray. Make sure to go out early in the morning to see the dolphins! We will definitely be booking again in the future! :)

We came to Port O'Connor for work and needed a location that was pet friendly. Everything was clean and it was so nice to have a fenced in back yard for our dog. When I had questions, they were very responsive. We didn't have time to take advantage of many of the amenities but they were available if needed. Rent with confidence.
