Villa vacation rentals in Pakoštane

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

We had a very nice time here. Smilja is a very friendly host, easy to reach and the house is beautiful. Absolutely recommend, happy to come again!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Goran and his wife were so gracious and accommodating. We were arriving late in the evening and Goran helped us out by picking up a few grocery items for breakfast. He met and escorted us to the property which was tremendously helpful as the streets are narrow and winding and place may have been tough to find in the dark. The place is absolutely incredible- exactly as described and depicted in the photos. There were so many little areas to sit and relax outside on the bedrooms each having a bathroom was so nice for a group. Despite a little rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and outdoor fire for bbq, as well as the hot tub. It was a dream vacation and a dream home. The views of the sea were so amazing to wake up to each morning. Grocery store and restaurants were accessible on the island. We are so grateful for this wonderful and relaxing stay!

This guesthouse is very suited for groups. A lot of room in the kitchen and outside. Many rooms allow for privacy. Ivan was always very helpful.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to guide us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately approached us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They lived in the small cottage that is exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream. The apartments have everything you need to live and near the villa there are plenty of shops and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boats for swimming. No matter what we needed, the family was always there. The pool was also nice, large and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes take off. Thank you for everything

Had the most wonderful stay, marija & milan are incredibly friendly and bought us baked goods which were delicious - they also left us lots of helpful things in the house! Definately the best air bnb any of the family has ever stayed in!

We loved the house, swimming pool and olive grove all as described in a rural setting, close to Trogir and Kaštel waterfront. Very private. Fantastic hosts would highly recommend visiting this special place. Thank you Iris and Vedran!

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

In the two apartments, nothing was missing. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The furnishings corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Everything was great. We loved the place, it is perfectly located with nature and water. 10 out of 10!

I have stayed in villas before that have fallen short of the luxury description but Ivana and Stipa's place was everything we'd hoped for. It was clearly architect designed with a lovely use of light and space, a delightful living space, and a high quality well-equipped kitchen with a dining room with a table seating eight very comfortably. Four beautifully fitted true double bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, each with its own high quality bathroom and independently controlled air conditioning made for an excellent nights sleep. The rooftop pool area was a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine, to look out over the bay and watch the sun go down as we enjoyed our nightly sundowners up there. The pool is not going to challenge the serious swimmer, but was perfect to cool down when the temperature went up. I cannot speak highly enough of our hosts, Ivana and Stipa. They were flexible and responsive but unobtrusive and did everything possible to make our stay a pleasure.

Good communication with the host. Villa was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Great! Host was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, great vacation.

It was great at Sabina's! She and her husband personally welcomed us and showed us everything. As a welcome, there was a huge meal package incl. Fruit basket, ham, cheese, wine, cold beer, sweets and even one of a fully equipped bar! Great. When we said we will also grill, there was a bag of charcoal in front of the door the next day. The house itself is very clean and offers everything you need. You have a great view over the small quiet bay. There is a nice beach with several hip beach bars, a boat rental and a great fish restaurant right next door. You can walk super fast in Tribunj or by car or boat in Šibenik. All in all, a great location. We traveled with baby, also here we were provided with everything we needed (cot, high chair etc. To say goodbye, Sabina brought us again a gift for the child and wine for us. Thank you, we will come back! :)

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We spent one week with 4 adults and 3 kids in the house and for this setup it was absolutely perfect. Nenad is super friendly and communications was promptly and always friendly & helpful. The house was super clean and well equipped, incl air con, BBQ etc The pool was still warm (27 degrees) in October The sea is a few steps away - with the cliffs not suitable for kids but the beach is just 300m away… We will definitely come back

The home was perfect for our family’s first visit to Croatia. It was great to have a clean, spacious, beautiful home to return to after our days’ adventures!

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

The house and especially the view were even more beautiful than in the pictures and we enjoyed our time very much! The private beach access is really a highlight and has a great, large walkway made of wood, on which you also have great space with 10 people! The host took such good care of us and always helped us! We even had the opportunity to rent SUPs (for a fee), which was also a great experience, as the bay is very quiet and has hardly any waves!

This stay was perfect. The house is good, the terrace and pool area even better. There is a van selling bread og sweets every morning, that was really good. The host are extreamly friendly and helpful with everything. We really recomand this place :)
