Villa vacation rentals in Zadar County

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

Beautiful property, with perfect services. Very clean and neat residence. The welcome is exceptional, the hostess is very professional, friendly and kind; always attentive, very efficient and good advice. This was a lovely home. We weren't able to use the pool because of the time of year. The entire property was walled in with a functional walking and vehicle gate that lock. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully functioning and stocked with everything we needed, the kids love the game table, everything was very clean, and the sauna was spectacular. Our host was very responsive and gave us great locations for dinner, groceries, and things to do. The house feels bigger than it looks because of the high ceilings and the balconies have nice views of the surrounding land. There is a house going up on the balcony side, but even with the construction, the views are still great. Highly recommend staying at this location.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Medici. Ideal with teenagers, multiple activities that please everyone: gym, sauna, billiards, playstation, swimming pool... everyone was able to have their own space and at the same time spacious places to meet together.

Staying at Villa Gina was excellent! When we arrived, we had a lovely apartment overlooking the sea, wine on the table, and coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped, the hot tub works perfectly, the rooms also had all the necessary extras. The apartment has an extraordinary atmosphere and decor. She would love to visit again! The host is incredibly kind and helpful, always providing quick contact. The location is fantastic, within a 10 minute walk there is the beach, shops, town. The perfect choice if someone wants to relax in a beautiful place, I recommend!

We liked the accommodation very much and more than met our requirements. It was clean, super nicely decorated and modern. We were 6 people and everything was perfect for us! About the pool, the house itself and the space outside. Communication was spotless and questions were answered very quickly. Even for smaller issues, there was always a solution without problems. A supermarket is 10 minute walk and there are many ways to do something (we also got recommendations for that). It was great all around and there is nothing to complain about!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

The outdoor area is particularly beautiful and you have a lot of peace and quiet. The kitchen is also well equipped with all necessary utensils. We were very satisfied with the accommodation overall and would always book it again.

We have had two wonderful weeks in Betina. Both Darijo and our concierge agent have been available and responded quickly to any questions and requests for recommendations we have had. The house, garden and location was a perfect fit for our family members ages 7 to 77. Damir and Co were a lovely host who helped us with everything we needed and served us some lovely dishes. Having access to a boat was a big plus and gave us the opportunity to explore the archipelago as well. It is a short drive by boat/car to several surrounding small towns with cozy markets and nice restaurants serving good food.

Ana's place was perfect for our family of 8. We had two pre-teen girls in the living room and it worked out perfect for them. The bedrooms were for the rest of the family. The highlight was the pool. We all needed a day of rest from our travelling and this was the perfect place to read, swim, and enjoy life for the adults and the kids. In the late afternoon, it was a quick taxi-ride to the city center where we enjoyed the sea organ, the Roman ruins, a beautiful dinner and an even more beautiful sunset on the Adriatic. Ana was quick to respond and take care of a wasp issue by the pool when we first got in. We all recommend this home for your stay in Zadar!

We had a brilliantly nice stay! Lovely villa and very nice and trustworthy host. Lovely swimming areas close by and the towns of Nin and Zadar were very nice towns just a short drive away. Highly recommended!

We had the best time at this Airbnb! It is like a dream! The house has everything you could ever need during a holiday, the garden and pool area is great, also with kids , and we enjoyed having no direct neighbours. Antonela is an amazing host and the communication was great. There is nothing we would have wanted differently and we would come back anytime.

We were a total of 4 boys and had a great stay. Natalija and her husband Mate are super friendly and do everything to make your vacation easier. Due to the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier and could even decide on the day of departure when we wanted to check out, the vacation became even more relaxed. Mate even took us to the airport. The house is (except for the loungers by the pool) exactly as seen on the pictures and very clean and tidy. There are pretty much all the kitchen utensils and also spices, coffee, coffee filters and much more. The house is quite remote, but still easy and quick to reach with a car. Without a car, however, it is more difficult, as at least out of season there is hardly any bus and there are no timetables. Overall, it was a great stay and we would be happy to come back.

Ana’s vila is amazing! The vila is very spacious, perfect for a big group. The pool and outdoor is great, as well as the outdoor kitchen and bbq area. Ana is also great in communaction, responds quickly and was there to greet us when we arrived. Would recommend this vila!!

Villa is amazing and the view from garden is stunning. We had a great vacation here. I would love to come back here again and again.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

The Villa is beautiful, in a remote location so much to do at the Villa the spa facilities and pool added bonus. made a special occasion my mums 60th even more special everyone loves it and host Damir was very friendly and helpful even before we arrived he made me feel at ease. so happy I got to stay here, beds comfy too
