House vacation rentals in Pajaro Dunes

We had a great stay at Lolly's place. The kids loved playing and exploring the private meadow and surrounding outdoors while we BBQ'd on the spacious dock. I went on a hike on the nearby trail with amazing views of the mountains. The house, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend Lolly's place!

Beautiful spot in a very peaceful woodsy area. The hot tub was relaxing and place was super nice overall. I would say the only small thing is the pool is not heated so it’s not usable in the winter time but overall the sauna was great along with some very friendly hosts!

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

Everything about our stay was fantastic!! The beds, the pool, the town…the three of us loved this Airbnb and look forward to coming back. Swimming in a heated pool in the winter is a heavenly experience.

Extremely private location but a reasonable drive to Carmel, Big Sur. Secluded, quiet and private, the property is comfortable and we loved our stay.

This place is fabulous! Spacious, clean and full of character. The building has been beautifully restored and is nicely appointed. The host was super friendly and responsive. Our family is already talking about going back. Two thumbs up.

Yvonne's place was awesome. great location walking distance from the beach. communication was great and Yvonne was proactively reaching out which was nice. All an all 100% recommend and would go back if I need a place in Santa cruz again

Really lovely, comfortable house with a terrific kitchen. Comfy beds and a nice yard. The neighborhood is excellent -- we walked the dogs to the beach several times a day. Great hosts, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommended!

Everything was fantastic, from the check in to the check out. Very close to the beach and downtown accessible. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

We were in Monterey for the Monterey Half Marathon & the location of the home was perfect! It was a short drive to the starting line. It was also close to many Monterey attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies & condiments. There are plenty of spots to hang out including a living room, TV room, dining room & kitchen nook. There is also outdoor seating in the front & backyard. Our kids loved playing in the grassy backyard. There was also a closet full of toys for the kids to play with. The house has 5 rooms with beds + 2 bathrooms. 1. King bed with ensuite bathroom 2. Queen bed 3. Queen bed (connects to 2nd bathroom & smallest bedroom) 4. Smallest bedroom includes a twin bed (ideal for a child) 5. 2 full/queen beds (connects to the same 2nd bathroom as room #3) - this bedroom does not have central heating We traveled with 2 families with a total of 4 adults & 4 young kids. There was plenty of space for the kids & the one story house made it easy with young kids.

This was our third stay at the Blue Whale Bungalow, and it remains our favorite place to stay in Rio del Mar! Mariam is a wonderful and generous host who immediately remembered our family and welcomed our two dogs. The Blue Whale Bungalow is clean and cozy, with everything you need to enjoy the beach or relax indoors. It is located just two blocks from the beach, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, search for sea glass, and admire the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to visiting the Blue Whale Bungalow very soon!

The cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood and so close to Cliff Drive. A perfect getaway for 1 or 2 people. We enjoyed our morning coffees in the sweet kitchen and evening walks to the ocean for sunsets. Thanks Gail!

Faris was very responsive. There was a short power outage due to MGE doing work in the neighborhood, and to compensate us Faris had the 8 of us at his restaurant for a comped dinner which was fabulous and extremely generous. Would highly recommend staying at his property!

We had a lovely stay at Louise's place. Her home is exactly as in the pictures. The natural sun light and view from the open kitchen/living room was gorgeous. The couches are sooo comfortable. The game cabinet was so well stocked, we spent a LOT of time on a 1,000 piece puzzle that kept the kids and adults entertained for hours! I really appreciate the clear instructions she has posted all over the house. Not too much to be overwhelming, but exactly what we needed. The home is a 1-2 min walk to the stairs down to the beach which is incredibly convenient. The neighbors were so friendly, one even knocked on the door to point out we left the lights on in one of our cars, so that we wouldn't run the battery down. Everyone was sad to leave. We would love to stay there again!

Colm has a wonderful house in a great location. He has a detailed binder with information on activities to do along with a pass for the CA state parks. I would highly recommend a stay.

Sarah’s home was our home away from home for a short weekend trip to Santa Cruz. It’s a very well equipped house with almost everything you might need in a vacation home. It’s a beautifully decorated cozy place, with easy access to restaurants, beach and all local things to do! Sarah was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at this home and you would too.

In the words of our toddler: "I love this place!" and "Today, a perfect day." Clean and comfortable for the grown-ups, with lots of fun toys to explore for the kiddos. Thanks for a great weekend!

We enjoyed the Beach Suite so much after our first trip that we chose to stay here again during our most recent excursion to Santa Cruz. Lovely location, communicative host, and great amenities!

We had a great stay here! Anna was very helpful, and was impressively quick to respond when we had the need for some fresh sheets. She even offered us a high chair when she realized we had a small child. We felt very well take. Care of, and her space was lovely, clean, and exactly what we needed on short notice.

Perfect place to getaway nice and private beautiful kitchen with everything you'll need and bath tub is huge pet friendly just a great overall place less then 5min walk to the beach would definitely recommend others staying and checking it out
