Beautiful home! Loved the privacy and feel of nature. Great floor plan and very spacious, this home has everything from top notch appliances, comfortable beds to activities for children through adults.

Ken & Brigit were very friendly and communicative. The house is awesome, super charming and great for a bigger group. Perfect location. We were super happy with the trip and will book again!

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

Everything about our stay was fantastic!! The beds, the pool, the town…the three of us loved this Airbnb and look forward to coming back. Swimming in a heated pool in the winter is a heavenly experience.

My husband and I recently stayed at Zoey’s Airbnb, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, but it was still close to all the amenities we needed. The pool was the perfect place to relax after a long day, and the home was very warm and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was also very friendly and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She was incredibly responsive and flexible as our reservation needed to be extended multiple times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We’ve stayed at this Airbnb several times, as it checks all of our boxes- very kid friendly, great location, clean, and lovely ocean view! We had a great time as usual. Crystal is quick to communicate on the app , which is much appreciated. It was rainy and gray when we went this time, but the condo had plenty to keep us entertained. We love the TV in each room! Unfortunately it was too foggy/cloudy for a sunset view this time, but we look forward to the beautiful sunsets next time.

Beautiful house, amazing property with a ton of space, everything was perfect. Only thing to note is all the bedrooms are upstairs, if you have anyone with mobility issues visiting. I would visit again, we had a wonderful weekend relaxing among the trees. Very private from neighbors, the property is big enough you can go on short walks around without ever leaving. The views were so nice as well.

This cottage is in a great spot, close to downtown Santa Cruz but in a neighborhood that is distant from downtown's stresses. It's a block and a half to the beach and a short walk to coffee places, such as Verve roastery. It's also easy to go places from here. I really enjoyed seeing this non-commercial part of Santa Cruz. The cottage is ultra clean and very nicely appointed. The all-important kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. The bed is very comfortable. One thing that is sometimes an issue for me is whether the bedroom can be made really dark, and in this case, it was fine. All the windows had good coverings on them. Yvonne is friendly and was so responsive. There were a couple of times that I had trouble finding something, and she was always there by text to help.

Lauren's place was perfect! Spotless, quiet, well-stocked kitchen and comfy bed! It will be our go-to place next time we visit. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our two dogs at Ryan & Ian’s place. The location is phenomenal. We especially loved being walking distance from the dog beach that features a lighthouse in the background. The house had everything we needed— easy check in, parking spot, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, clean towels, comfortable bed, fenced yard for the dogs, and a hot tub. Ryan gave us great local recommendations as well as extended a late check out to us that allowed us to rest more before our journey home. We highly recommend this Airbnb, especially for a couple traveling with dogs.

We were in Monterey for the Monterey Half Marathon & the location of the home was perfect! It was a short drive to the starting line. It was also close to many Monterey attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies & condiments. There are plenty of spots to hang out including a living room, TV room, dining room & kitchen nook. There is also outdoor seating in the front & backyard. Our kids loved playing in the grassy backyard. There was also a closet full of toys for the kids to play with. The house has 5 rooms with beds + 2 bathrooms. 1. King bed with ensuite bathroom 2. Queen bed 3. Queen bed (connects to 2nd bathroom & smallest bedroom) 4. Smallest bedroom includes a twin bed (ideal for a child) 5. 2 full/queen beds (connects to the same 2nd bathroom as room #3) - this bedroom does not have central heating We traveled with 2 families with a total of 4 adults & 4 young kids. There was plenty of space for the kids & the one story house made it easy with young kids.

Cozy, comfortable and immaculately clean! Mariam was very responsive and there were some really nice touches like a welcome bag of snacks and guest book with recommendations. A couple of blocks from the ocean and peaceful, beautiful sunset walks. Would highly recommend this place!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

This is our second stay and we had a great stay!

What can I say , Louise’ place was incredible . A girls weekend at the beach & spa was made complete with this home . Louise was more than responsive , & extremely thorough. The house was perfect for congregating on either patio or living room . Just a very cozy home . Thank you Louise for showing up almost immediately when I realized I locked my phone in the house !! We will be back !

We had a great stay here! Anna was very helpful, and was impressively quick to respond when we had the need for some fresh sheets. She even offered us a high chair when she realized we had a small child. We felt very well take. Care of, and her space was lovely, clean, and exactly what we needed on short notice.
