Pajaro Dunes vacation rentals

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

Jason and Leigh Ann are wonderful hosts! From the moment we booked to the moment we left, they made it clear that we could text or call them if we needed anything. When we walked in the door, they had a cute little welcome treat for us. The condo was so clean and cozy. The guest book was such a fun way to jot down the memories we made during our stay. We have been to Pajaro Dunes several times over the last decade and this was one of the more magical times with our family of 4. Highly recommend this gem!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Aarons place was super cozy. The care he takes in decorating was delightful. Aaron's place has to be my favorite Airbnb I've stayed at so far. it's also walking distance to the beach and a long but walkable walk from downtown Santa Cruz and boardwalk.

Confortable cozy place with a beautiful patio. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We loved our time in this cottage and would definitely come back again!

Place was great. We needed a last-minute place to be since we couldn't be in our house, and this place was great. Animals are allowed, and I was able to work and cook and wash clothes so I could feel like a human. Very comfortable. If there is anything negative I could say it would be the heater. It was winter when we stayed and there is only one place I could see for heat, but once you get the heater going it gets everything warm so it was not even bad. Definitely recommend. Super responsive and nice people.

This home is delightful!

This was our third stay at the Blue Whale Bungalow, and it remains our favorite place to stay in Rio del Mar! Mariam is a wonderful and generous host who immediately remembered our family and welcomed our two dogs. The Blue Whale Bungalow is clean and cozy, with everything you need to enjoy the beach or relax indoors. It is located just two blocks from the beach, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, search for sea glass, and admire the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to visiting the Blue Whale Bungalow very soon!

My first reservation on this trip in Carmel was canceled in the last minute because of the water line problem outside the house( I was told by the management company). So I found this one in a hurry. Though it does not have the ocean view of my first reservation, the house is spacious with a nice valley view, a short drive to the river state beach. We did not have time and the proper clothing to enjoy the spa in the back. Overall, we really enjoyed our one night stay here. Laura is very hospital, pleasant and responsive. Steve

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

This airbnb was the perfec little weekend getaway for the family, the airbnb matches the photos and we were truly able to make this into our home for the weekend. Amy was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, she even went out of her way late at night to make sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall I would stay here again if ever needed!

Perfectly appointed, beautifully renovated, and incredibly quiet, this sweet cottage is just two blocks from the beach. You’ll easily catch every sunset. This place is such a gem, and Andrew is a gracious and helpful host. I hope to be back again soon.

Where do I start ... I tried to escape the fires in LA as I live in Calabasas, right over the hill from Malibu. Bad air and smoke had me congested and coughing, so I took off up north to breathe. I got so sick, went to the emergency clinic near by in Santa Cruz , and had caught Influenza A that was headed towards pneumonia. I was stuck in David's beautiful space, but looking out at the water helped me heal. I never made it to the beach, but can say that David is the best host ever! Fortunately, the condo was avail, and I stayed a few more days until I could have someone drive me back home. I want to come back when I can take advantage of everything the area has to offer. But wow, David is the best host ever! Holly

My family had a wonderful time staying at Joanne's place in Seascape! This was a Christmas gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the condo. The space was very comfortable for our group of five adults, with room to relax in the living room and eat together at the dining table. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals. One standout feature was the projector, which was a great addition for movie nights. The only downside was that the WiFi connection for the projector was a bit spotty. Joanne was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ms. Susan property is large and beautiful, our family of 7 enjoyed her estate so much and will plans to stay longer in the future.

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

One of the rare instances where the photos don't quite measure up to how amazing the accommodations actually are. While there may be quite a few near 5 star reviews among other locations, Karin's home is beautiful, spacious, and an amazing stay.

Perfect spot to stay in Aptos. I was attending a conference during the day, so appreciated this comfortable space with lots of delicious snacks. Great place to relax and recharge.

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

Lilian’s home was perfect for us! We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our own space, and also our space together. The art and plants and architecture all were fun to live with. The location worked really well for us - near the beach, and easy drives to different parts of Santa Cruz and Capitola. All beautiful. Easy party at the house. Lilian was very responsive to messages. A wonderful stay.
