Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Paignton

We had a wonderful stay at Bridesmere over New Year and it was just what we needed. Peaceful, beautiful area, lovely comfortable home from home. We appreciated the enclosed garden for our spaniel, the beautiful and spacious bedrooms and the living area which was large enough for all 7 of us, two families. WiFi was strong upstairs so no issue with all of us connected and the tv had all apps we needed to watch films with no buffering. There is a beautiful walk through the forest along the river just minutes from the house which leads to a very nice pub serving good food. As other reviews mention, the kids room smells a little musty/damp but this was not a huge issue and we opened the bathroom window after showering which helped. Kitchen well stocked but knives are a little blunt! Children loved the games barn and not having to bring bikes with us was really helpful and appreciated. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and we would definitely return. Thank you for having us.

I stayed at Danny's place with friends and we loved the space! the hot tub was an amazing addition! The house had a cosy feel to it and we would love to stay here again in the future. Danny was very responsive to any questions we had.

Brilliant house with stunning views and great amenities. Host was always quick to respond and very helpful with plenty of recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend for any large groups or families looking for a long weekend away to switch off.

We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

A fabulous, well-equipped house in a superb location. Very peaceful and beautiful countryside setting. Perfect for our family gathering. I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Warm and comfortable in beautiful countryside with amazing views. Lots to see in the surrounding area, fantastic food at the local pub and we all loved the hot tub.

Great host communication throughout, house as described, super clean, bright and fresh, well equipped and nice touches. We were visiting family in Exmouth but turned out to be a great location to explore the local area. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended 😎

Brilliant home. We stayed for a 60th birthday so a mixture of ages, and we all loved it! The pub was a great touch! House was very clean and tidy, easy to find, great communications with owners, would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. Would highly recommend!

Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

Wonderful stay, very secluded and relaxing. Gorgeous views of the local forests. Had an amazing stay despite the rain and adored the off grid way of life with our fireplace and cooking on the camping stove. The hot tub add on was well worth it, had a relaxing evening in a beautiful secluded spot. Will absolutely come back when in need to switch off and relax in some peace and quiet (as quiet as the pheasants in the area seem acceptable)

Lovely place to stay for the weekend. The cabin is cozy and clean with beautiful views. Would really recommend for a quiet get away, and the hot tub is great.

Amazing stay, was so peaceful, perfect location to visit lyford gorge and Dartmoor national park ! The hot tub as the Perfect wind down for the evening & the fire over the views outside was amazing late evening. Hosts are friendly & great community on site! Also waking up in the morning hearing the birds was the icing on the cake and thank you for our gifts on arrival, it was very much needed after a 4 hour drive. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Jess is highly communicative, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The cabin is just a 3-minute walk from the parking area. It was lovely and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows to choose from. The peaceful surroundings ensured a great night's sleep. There are several pubs within a 5-minute drive, and Exeter Quay is only 10-15 minutes away by car. I would definitely recommend Jess's cabin!

Lovely, spacious cabin, amazing value for money! Hot tub is great and the cabin has everything you need. Would recommend and would love to stay again!
