A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Location is perfect and quiet considering the location is in the main town. The flat was clean and a lovely size and the use of 2 bathrooms for 4 people was great. It’s good to be able to park to drop off and collect your items and the use of the parking permit was helpful (approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the car park). On arrival I did collect the keys to find the main entrance key was bent so I couldn’t initially enter but after speaking with Kevin at Dart Valley he advised to just bend back into place (thankfully this worked without breaking and they would look to replace for new). We did have an issue with the heating to find it was controlled externally but after speaking with Fiona and other colleagues (including a message from Karen at Dart Valley) this was soon recitified. Regardless of a couple of issues, I cannot complain as they were all dealt with swiftly, promptly and with a helpful and professional attitude. Thank you!

Our stay at Emily's place was fabulous! The actual apartment was located in a quiet residential area in Torquay which seemed particularly safe; it was spotlessly clean and the same can be said of the bedding and linen. The bed was really comfortable and we had two really good nights' sleep; there was plenty of hot water for showers too. The kitchen had everything you needed in it - very helpful! Furthermore, communication with Emily was both friendly and helpful; this was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Tina's place was spotless, homely and had lovely views. Tina was really friendly and there were some lovely touches like fresh flowers that really made us feel welcome. The bed was very comfy and the lounge was relaxing and cosy. A great place to stay if you're in the area!

We had a wonderful stay, loved the view of the water and harbour. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking a meal or some baking, everything from a whisk, seive, measuring jug to rolling pin. Jacqui is an amazing host, she went above and beyond and even offered and drove us to the local train station. Definitely can recommend.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

My dogs and I have had a lovely couple of days at this accommodation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! It is my favourite place that I have taken the dogs on holiday so far, mainly because of the high level of dog friendliness. The garden is a huge plus, and everyone I met was so friendly! If you are looking for a cosy, comfortable, costal break with the doggos, this is the right place!

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

We spent a really lovely and amazing time in Louise‘s location. The house is very well-equipped and nicely decorated. It is in a beautiful surroundings area. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The communication with Louise was really great and respectful. We enjoyed a really good time there. Thanks again for your hospitality.

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Really lovely stay! Loved the weekend there. So much information provided of best places! Was very happy that there was a GF Chinese close. Hot tub was great and felt private too. Little bit of luxury. Perfect for a cosy trip for 2!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Stayed at Sara's airbnb for two nights. Right from the outset, the communication was excellent from Sara. Went with the family to Devon for a birthday treat, and we were not let down. The site was quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Nice touches with the bottle of wine and basket of fruit when we arrived. Just two nights, but we really enjoyed using it as a base for our journeys around south Devon. Sara was very hospitable on-line and ensured we had everything taken care of. Thank you

5 stars on everything! Firstly the hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Secondly the apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you might need and the view!!! The view looks amazing in the pictures but when you see it in real life, nothing compares. Dave that runs the reception/restaurant is worth his weight in gold and made my stay so much more pleasurable, again nothing was too much trouble! My children were being fussy eaters so he asked them what they would like to eat the next day and personally went to the shop to cater for them. I cannot recommend this Air BnB enough it will be one of your favourite experiences in life.

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!

Great host! Great at communicating and quick replies. The property was beautiful with a great backyard view, fireplace and jacuzzi. Will definitely recommend.
