A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Really great place, everything was perfect and exactly as described! Kim’s place made my stay at Chagford pleasant and joyful. The room was very quiet and peaceful with no noise at night - very suitable if you need some quiet and private times or a retreat. The kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean - no fuss at all. I’d love to come back to stay over again, highly recommended!

Location is perfect and quiet considering the location is in the main town. The flat was clean and a lovely size and the use of 2 bathrooms for 4 people was great. It’s good to be able to park to drop off and collect your items and the use of the parking permit was helpful (approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the car park). On arrival I did collect the keys to find the main entrance key was bent so I couldn’t initially enter but after speaking with Kevin at Dart Valley he advised to just bend back into place (thankfully this worked without breaking and they would look to replace for new). We did have an issue with the heating to find it was controlled externally but after speaking with Fiona and other colleagues (including a message from Karen at Dart Valley) this was soon recitified. Regardless of a couple of issues, I cannot complain as they were all dealt with swiftly, promptly and with a helpful and professional attitude. Thank you!

Lovely flat in good location, especially for us as we were visiting family nearby. Had a lovely Korean takeaway from across the road.

Good spacious accommodation. Excellent location close to station, bars and high street. Highly recommend. Well be back!

nice little base for short break. Nice Xmas touches, crackers, chocolates, dog treats. only downside only street parking. would visit again

my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. this place is spacious and yet homely. we felt comfortable and at home as soon as we walked in. nicely decorated. very nice. I would recommend it.

Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed in - immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and cosy, had everything we needed and was so quiet and peaceful. Tina met us on arrival and was really helpful with information about the local area. We were within easy reach of Exeter and Sidmouth and lots of other great places. And there was even a Park Run to do on a Saturday morning , within walking distance! Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a weekend.

Clean and modern, only 25 mins walk in to the centre. Shop and pub very close by. Older folk may need to go in to town to find a pub that caters for them. I would add that we enjoyed the ‘young’ atmosphere in the pubs.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

My dogs and I have had a lovely couple of days at this accommodation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! It is my favourite place that I have taken the dogs on holiday so far, mainly because of the high level of dog friendliness. The garden is a huge plus, and everyone I met was so friendly! If you are looking for a cosy, comfortable, costal break with the doggos, this is the right place!

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

We spent a really lovely and amazing time in Louise‘s location. The house is very well-equipped and nicely decorated. It is in a beautiful surroundings area. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The communication with Louise was really great and respectful. We enjoyed a really good time there. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Stayed at Sara's airbnb for two nights. Right from the outset, the communication was excellent from Sara. Went with the family to Devon for a birthday treat, and we were not let down. The site was quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Nice touches with the bottle of wine and basket of fruit when we arrived. Just two nights, but we really enjoyed using it as a base for our journeys around south Devon. Sara was very hospitable on-line and ensured we had everything taken care of. Thank you

Hubby & I had a really relaxing long weekend. The apartment was so lovely & warm & cosy and I loved reading my books sitting on the window seat, looking out over the causeway. The apartment was extremely clean and it had everything that you could possibly need & it really felt like "home from home". This is a place to "switch off" from the world in peaceful surroundings. We didn't get to use the pool or the gym this time but they were extremely inviting. The whole complex is quiet & peaceful and with direct private access to the beach & café it's a "real little gem". The outlook across the causeway is incredible and I was completely spell bound by watching the waves and currents swish and swirl around. Even though our weekend was at the time of server gales & rain & even sleet, we were toasty, warm and comfortable. The café was really great to eat in as well. Our host was always available via messaging if we needed anything & the tv reception and Wifi was great. 100% we will return!

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Linscott Farm! Lindsay was an exceptional host, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was cozy, and the surroundings were beautiful. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which added a special touch to our evenings. Everything felt private yet welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene retreat.
