Conjure up a picture in your head of all you could hope for in an Air BnB and you have Fernbeck Cottage! Vicky went out of her way to make sure we were prepared and welcomed. The cottage was beautiful; impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything (and more) that you could possibly need. It was overwhelmingly clear that Vicky wanted to make sure her guests had the best stay. The location was perfect for stunning walks and an easy 20 minutes to the Wellington Inn across the fields or the same by car into Harrogate. We have arrived home relaxed, happy and wondering when we can book a return trip! Thank you.

The cottage is even more lovely than described. Welcoming and peaceful - a truly wonderful place. Emma and her family are very friendly and helpful. My daughters were allowed to hold a newborn lamb and see the horses! Also we were able to buy fresh eggs to take home. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable for the family of four no matter the weather. Ideal location for hikers like us with public footpaths right on the doorstep. Many options for lovely local walks. Picture perfect Pateley Bridge within walking distance (15-20 minutes for ramblers) with its restaurants, cafés and local shops. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to prepare some of the meals at the accommodation. There were some board games at the accommodation which we found useful when we had to spend the first evening indoors due to rain. Our favourite place was the balcony with amazing views where on 2 evenings we could chill out enjoying a glass of wine after long walks. Would recommend to everyone

We had a lovely peaceful stay here. The surroundings are beautiful but the location is also convenient for getting out & about. Our children loved seeing the chickens & Helen kindly let the check for eggs each morning which was their highlight. We would recommend.
