Monthly Rentals in Overton County

Audrey and her family were perfect hosts!! The quiet and serene location makes one not want to be anywhere but there. Walks on the property, beautiful views, the zipline, treehouse, basketball and hammock were all highlights. The home was clean with plenty of space for a family of 7. Fully stocked kitchen and plentiful toiletries/personal care items were provided. Large screen TV was great to watch the Final Four. If and when we get to come back one day, we look forward to building a fire in the fire pit and having s'mores.

Place was comfy and felt like home. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Towels were plush and it was nice to have a TV with streaming services. I would definitely stay again.

Deserved a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We frequently travel for pleasure and always strive to get the best value for our money, whether it’s a hotel or an Airbnb. This past weekend, we found a hidden gem in Studio Two at South Church Studios. The host was incredibly responsive in all our communications, and the studio itself was cozy and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling through the area.

This cabin was AMAZING, and the attention to detail made us feel like we were at home. We could have easily walked to several restaurants, and the view from the porch was so peaceful. We only stayed one night but so wished we had found this gem much sooner in our vacation. The linens were pristine and smelled wonderful. The homey touches, and beautiful decor were a pleasant surprise after staying in a hotel for several nights. The added benefit of a washer and dryer were helpful in that we were able to go home and unpack without washing a ton of dirty laundry! We will definitely be back!!!
