Vacation rentals with a patio in Overton County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was so cute and very close to main st. I would most definitely book again. She was a wonderful host.

This was a very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful place to stay while we were in town visiting family. Dustin was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The picture showed one of the rooms as having two twin beds. However both rooms had king size beds. Which worked out for us both others may want the two twin beds that reserve this room. Other than that, the place was amazing, Todd did great with communication and the amenities were fabulous. We will definitely be staying here every time we come back to visit family in the area.

This home is in a great location and is extremely nice-well furnished with comfortable furniture, bedding, towels, internet and tvs with streaming services, along with everything you need (and don’t!) in the kitchen. The decks, grill, blackstone and outdoor furnishings were a nice add and a great place to relax from a long day on the lake! My large family (2 sons, 1 daughter) with spouses and children totaling 12+1 infant and 2 Shih Tzus had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. Russ and Mandy were friendly, communicated well with me and had everything well organized to inform us of check in, house rules, check out, etc. They’ve pretty well thought of everything to make your stay very enjoyable and I highly recommend!

Nice place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but not too far from town. Host was responsive and gave me recommendations on where to go to eat. House appeared to be recently remodeled and was very clean.

Could not have asked for a better place to have our annual Christmas gathering. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, she even had fresh garland and dried oranges. The house is very spacious and clean. The hosts were so friendly, they pampered us with with gifts and included everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend staying at the Stonecipher Manor and visiting Livingston, TN.

Our stay was amazing! The home was absolutely stunning, clean and spacious with an open view to Dale Hollow Lake! Juliann was so welcoming and considerate when it came to how many people stayed at the home (due to an out of town wedding). I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be hoping to stay here again!

Such a wonderful stay we had. Everything works, is clean and Ana was very responsive and nice to chat with! Such a beautiful place and bathroom and goodness I could go on and on! :)

My buddies and I decided to book Dan’s Place for a guy’s weekend to do some fishing. The place was only 1/4 of a mile from the marina so it was very convenient. Sandy and Victoria made the check-in process very easy and communicated with me how to get there. They explained everything in the house and let us know if we needed anything or had any issues to let them know. As you enter their property you are greeted with friendly loving dogs, chickens, and even a turkey! The house is tucked in a secluded quiet area in the back of their property. It was very quiet and private. The house came with all the amenities you could want and was super clean and comfortable! We also had access to outdoor fire pit, nice patio with charcoal and pellet grill which my friend smoked a delicious pork butt for dinner. We will definitely save this spot. If you need a nice quiet get away from the city to the beautiful scenic view of the country side and the Obey River this is the place to stay.

Brad And Sarah are wonderful hosts. Very quick to respond if I had a question about anything. Would definitely book through them again.

Fairfield Glade is a wonderful community. Beautiful lake, peaceful. This place is well worth it!! Slow down and enjoy the family.

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

Liz and Wade were great hosts. We arrived late and they greeted us at our car helped carry in our bags and did a once over on everything about the place. The linens were fresh and kitchen and bath was well stocked with all of the necessities and then some. Breakfast was made every morning and was such a nice treat to have from them. Liz made sure to ask what time we wanted to eat and it was ready. Wade got a fire ready for us each night and came out to visit as well to let us know about fishing and the lake. Even though it was in the bottom of their finished home it was very private and we never felt like there was any invasion of our privacy or space. It does seem a bit far away from the main road but having come in the fall we rather enjoyed the scenery while driving to and from. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have more time to go out on their boat with them.

Unit accessibility was perfect, only a few stairs. Unit was comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Location was perfect for getting to food store, gas station, I-40. Highly recommends.

Lori was able to accommodate our last minute booking when the Wyndham canceled our reservations the morning of our golf trip. Lori responded promptly and was so easy to work with. All of the golf courses we played were less than 10mins away. Great place to stay for golf! Thank you so much Lori...you saved our golf vacay.
