Lovely peaceful break close to the coast. Very nice accommodation and comfy bed. Sarah was helpful & provided lots of recommendation’s and some lovely arrival treats. We loved the games room!

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

Great stay, enclosed garden is very helpful for dogs. Very clean and hot tub is great !

We celebrated my partners 30th & it was so special - the most peaceful, romantic place even better than the photos! Watched the shooting stars from the hot tub, the house was so cosy & warm with the fire place an absolute dream. The best air BnB we have ever stayed in & would be thrilled to visit again!! Couldn’t recommend enough, Thankyou! X

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage with lovely surroundings. Dog friendly too. Great to see such well cared for and happy hens wandering around too.

A very comfortable and peaceful thatched cottage on a quiet country lane. Beautiful walks (and runs) from the door. Good central location for the broads and the coastline is within easy reach. There's a good pub just a few minutes away. We recommend this cottage and will hopefully return in the future.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. 3 pubs and a grocery shop just around the corner. Walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. Cromer was a brisk 30 minute walk away. We cooked in the cottage every night and there was everything we needed. Beautiful touches upon arrival which included a pack of hot cross buns and a vase of fresh daffodils. Accommodation manual was comprehensive and included numerous local recommendations. Beds were super comfy and I had 5 nights of perfect sleep. I was worried about parking but we always found a space directly outside the cottage. I would 100% recommend The Old Smoke House and will 100% stay again.

This is my 2nd stay and I love it here! So cozy, quite and exactly what you need to just get away Beds are comfy, so clean, kitchen has everything you need, log fire is a great bonus for cozy nights Can’t wait to come back!!

Kates place is a beautiful little cottage, Kate gave clear instructions on where this was. check in and check out was smooth, although you are right next door to Kate you are left in peace. The breakfast basket is a beautiful and very helpful touch, even spare shampoo and body wash in bathrooms! leaflets for local attractions and days out, takeaway menus also- very helpful! The cottage is hygienic, all bedding and main areas were clean, some slight dust on skirting boards and cobwebs around (but I am a cleaner and probably pay far too much attention- even on holiday 🤦‍♀️) beds and sofas are super comfortable! peaceful and overall a beautiful place to stay! Will definitely use again when visiting in the future 😀

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location: opposite the pub and just down from the community run village shop. The cottage was beautifully clean and had everything we needed, and more! As mentioned in other reviews, a couple of the doorways are quite low and I bumped my head a few times - I'm 5' 10". If you're of a certain age and need to visit the bathroom during the night, you may like to know that it's downstairs! It was my wife's first visit to the Broads and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Gemma’s cottage. Comfortable sofas and beds and an electric fire to take the chill off in the evening, well placed to visit the coast, Sandringham and Hollham Hall.

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

My husky Trevor and I stayed at The Round House for 4 nights whilst my fellow pilgrims resided at The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. Such beautiful and tranquil surroundings - a real treat for the soul.

Beautifully presented, well appointed lodges in peaceful surroundings, not to mention the added bonus of donkeys, goats and alpacas as neighbours! Julie and Adam were wonderful hosts, helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure.

Great location. Attended family wedding at Barn Drift and made a weekend of it! Loved seeing the steam trains at Weybourne station a short walk away. The Maltings restaurant was excellent for Sunday lunch again a short walk. The house is spacious and very well equipped, even had an iron! The garden was lovely to sit and eat in and had sun all day.
