Monthly Rentals in Ottawa River

Our 4-night stay was amazing. Andre and Christine were great hosts, very quick response time. The complementary pastries and coffee were delicious. The place is spotless, cozy and had everything we needed. The laundry and fully functional kitchen was a bonus, as was the heated floors. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Maple Ridge for well over one month.  This Airbnb has everything you need for either a short or long term stay. The foyer is spacious with a large closet and plenty of room for storage. The fully stocked kitchen has lots of cupboard space,  the living room area is nice and cozy, complete with a little electric wood stove. It also boasts  a gorgeous ultra modern bathroom and large shower, along with a nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Tastefully decorated with luxurious touches such as great towels and bedding, the unit is also ultra clean.  The Airbnb is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. You will sleep like a baby! As terrific as this Airbnb is, the hosts are even greater. Extremely attentive, kind and generous. They are wonderful! Overall a great experience!

A very pleasant stay with lots of privacy, a great location to start with if working at the hospital (~12 min walk) , which is also very close to Walmart/Farmboy/Shoppers (10-20 min walk). Its also within walking distance to a climbing gym. I basically had all the things I needed and lots of help/support from the very nice hosts. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone who’s looking for temporary residence around the region.

I really enjoyed my stay with Olivier and his family. They made me feel welcome and at home during my 3-month stay. Olivier was always responsive to my requests when supplies were running low, for any repairs, or if you needed to borrow something. If you are interested in any outdoor activities in the Ottawa area, he is your go-to person. The unit is very spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen, and a very large washroom. Despite it being a basement, it is well-lit, with several large windows letting in the daylight. The heated floors are a miracle in the winter. The location is absolutely fantastic. It is a short walk to two grocery stores, a library, the Rideau Centre, Byward Market, and the NAC. In addition to being very walkable, you have excellent connections to public transportation on buses and the LRT. If you are a student at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, it is only a 10-minute walk to school, and you will have an abundance of reusable containers to bring your food home.
