Monthly Rentals in Ortigas Center

The place was a great stay, high rise view. Room is small and you have to take the elevator which will cause a wait at times. Overall the location was great as there is shops, restaurants, and convenience stores in walking distance. Overall would stay again, especially for the price, a great deal.

Jun is a superb, communicative host. His unit is clean and accessible to nearby places of interest. This is the reason I returned to his unit, it’s easy to catch Grab to malls, airport, and my family meetups. You can walk to the Shangri La Mall or to the food truck park or restos/bars in the Greenfield district. He was also very proactive making my transition from another unit (only because his wasn’t available the day before) to his arranging our bags to be sent to his unit. So grateful for this, since we had an early morning immigration meeting that we couldn’t miss. Thanks Jun!

My girlfriend stayed 1 night in Annabelle’s place after a long flight from Australia and she loved the condo. It was clean, very comfortable bed, and quiet. Right opposite the mega mall within a 3 minute walk so the location is perfect. Jennifer said she would love to stay there again at Annabelle’s condo.

Very good place with the owner very helpful always and nice staff.
