The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

This Airbnb was a fantastic find! The location was perfect, with easy access to the mrt station or bus carousel. The apartment itself is amazing. With it being high up, the skyline view and sunset horizon is breathtaking. Furthermore, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The huge TV with remarkable sound quality made the stay worthwhile. The hot and cold drinking water dispenser was a plus . Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again for our next staycation. Thank you

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

had a great stay here wasn't able to stay at the place for our whole trip hopefully next time we can maximize our stay here, great place to stay. One feedback only is I noticed that the 2 clean(?) towels were already hanging at the hook in front of the cr, at first we're unsure if towels were indeed clean, maybe next time the cleaners can fold it instead of hanging it already to avoid the confusion. We still use their provided towels and didn't bother to ask since it's already passed midnight when we checked in. Overall this doesn't affect our whole stay the place is clean and accessible to malls, transportation. Thank you for answering our queries prior to our booking date!

The place was very cozy and clean. It gives you a real homey vibe. There are a lot of nearby places to go to - restaurants, park and convenience stores. Additionally, the host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it again on our next trip.

Patrick was very organised, an excellent communicator and provided excellent customer care. I was impressed with his quick responses and ability to solve problems. The accommodation was big enough and you could have easily fitted another person in the property there were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group The AC in all rooms worked well. Great location for shopping, malling, restos, bar hopping. The beds were comfortable! There were 2 showers and toilet which is must for a big group. Great entertainment, great kitchen amenities.

"My first stay here, and overall it was pleasant. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and the airport. The unit is spacious and comfortable, which is a big plus. However, a microwave would be a helpful addition for quick meals, and the air conditioning takes some time to cool the entire place. Despite these minor points, the pool, gym, and sauna were great amenities. I’d recommend it for a convenient and spacious stay in the city!"

William’s place is well recommended. A perfect place to stay. William is very responsive to all queries even late night. E.g the water heater is not working properly, william went to the unit and fixed it. The place is nearby malls, public transportation like jeepneys, and metro train. One ride via tricycle going to the public market which is I like. Definitely we will comeback soon.

Very nice staying at Van's place. I think the unit's price is too cheap considering you get 3 bedrooms, a living space, gaming space, complete kitchen and a nice bathroom. I'll be recommending this place to my friends as I know this place won't disappoint.Two thumbs up! 👍🏻 👍🏻

The host, Ms. Hannah, is very accommodating to my questions and let us to check in early due to our early flight. She visits us to make sure everything is well, and she is extremely understanding of our request. The place is really lovely, tidy, and comfortable. Without a doubt, I will return and chose to stay here again.

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️
