This was the second Thanksgiving that we rented this place for some of our family. The location is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful river view and comfortable living area and bedrooms. Our family loves the place and looks forward to coming back.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Such a cut and pretty place. Supper quiet and close to all of the places we always like to go. Also, the view from the deck is gorgeous.

This was an ideal spot for us while passing through. The place was immaculate and we absolutely loved eating at the very local seafood restaurant just steps away. Thank you so much!

One of the best stays I’ve had! So cozy, clean, private and overall beautiful. The host is so kind and responsive as well. There’s an amazing laundry room that has brand new washers and dryers and that really came in handy. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer, I was sad to leave but extremely loved the stay highly recommend!!! Thank you for everything!

Big thanks for this one! Running from Hurricane Milton had us making a decision on the fly and boy are we glad we did! We loved the space and bunk beds in the second bedroom. The kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely will suggest to our family that come to the panhandle regularly. Thanks again!

Jamie was a great host! He was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. They were so nice and made it a great experience! The place was great for the four of us that stayed, and was very spacious! Nice places to walk, quick drive to restaurants and beaches, safe neighborhood, and much more! Overall was a great stay and when in the area again, will definitely be coming back!

Me and a few friends wanted to get away after a long week of exams. Jay was an awesome host first of all. Responded quick and was able to help us with any questions I had. Not only that, but the condo was amazing. Looked exactly like it in the pictures and was even better in person. Will definitely try to book with them again when returning!

Very cozy, surrounded by stores and restaurants and only 5mins from the beach, walking distance. Host responded in timely matter and checked on us via messages.

This was our second time staying at Tim and Julie’s condo. We loved it so much in June that we drove from Virginia to stay another week. We are checking out today and sad to go. We have already booked for next year as well. Everything is perfect. The central location is GREAT for walking to restaurants and the beach. Our favorite thing about the condo is the beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. The sunsets are amazing. It’s spacious and the perfect setting for a nice dinner. We cooked many meals. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. In fact, Tim and Julie have thought about most everything to make your trip hassle free. There are beach towels, beach chairs, a kayak and so much more. Showers are equipped with nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap. The condo is very clean, quiet and super comfortable. Tim is very responsive to any questions you may have and will guide you through the process each step of the way. I can’t recommend Tim and Julies condo enough.

Weekend trip! Melissa was great with responding quickly to our last minute request to stay. Super helpful with sending codes and responding to messages! Loved the area. Would stay here again!

A great place for a quick getaway! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated . Even though it rained we were still able take the short walk to the beach and enjoy the pool and hot tub . Even in November the water was very comfortable . Diane was a great host!

This condo was in a great location, right across the road from the beach. It was clean and in good working order. The view from the balcony was beautiful, which was a nice bonus.

We had such a wonderful stay. We visited during December and the place was private and super clean. Resort had so many amenities and we had a great view. The only issue we had was the complex doing construction one morning, but that is expected during the winter season. Super easy walk from the room right to the beach. Perfect for two people! Teresa was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had and she checked up on us! Her instructions were super helpful and clear. I would recommend staying here to all!
